This is a review of the Cunlin striped shirt in color 20073 lavender. (The other lavender one, with the color that begins with 00, has wider stripes unless I'm mistaken. I think the two choices in several of the colors have to do with the width of the stripes, although that isn't made clear and "Rufus" didn't know.) I am very pleased with this shirt and glad I got the one with the more narrow stripes. The tag on this shirt says it is 60% polyester and 40% cotton, and that seems right. It has a smoothness rating of 4. The stripes are a lovely shade of soft lavender and have a slight sheen or silkiness to them. I think this makes the shirt a little more dressy and feminine. The stripes are perfectly matched at the pocket. The fabric is lightweight and came through perma-press wash and dry cycles with no wrinkles. It dried very quickly. The fit seems true to size. The sleeves are a little too long on me, but I really need petite length so that was expected. I'll wear the sleeves rolled up. The shoulder seams are also slightly wide on me for the same reason, but the sizing is probably correct for women of average height. I can't find anything wrong with this pretty button-down shirt. (Just pay attention to which stripes you're ordering, if it makes a difference to you.) ... show more

This blouse is surprisingly nice. I was not sure about the material as these shirts are typically cotton; however, I really like it. I thought it might look tacky, but it's a nice fabric and looks fine. It's soft and falls nicely. I steamed it and it was very easy to get the wrinkles out, and it washed up nicely. I got it in black stripes and the stripes not shiny. I don't think i would want the other colors because reviews indicate some are shiny stipes, which probably makes it look cheap. I think I can get away with this fabric because the stipes are black and not shiny. I usually get extra small, but went with small ot have it a little oversized and it's great. Since the material is very thin (NOT see through) and soft --I could even tuck it in (even though its long). I am 5'6 and about 120 lbs. ... show more

Love, love, love this shirt. I sized up (L), for an oversized look, I’m usually a true size (M). I wanted to roll the sleeves and tie it at the waist. The fabric is soft but washes and dries crisp and without wrinkles. The sizing seems true to size, the fabric is lightweight but is not see thru. Great price for this quality!     • Pretty Shirt Just Not for Me

I received this shirt in great condition. Even out of the shipping package it wasn't too wrinkled. I think this would be a great shirt to travel with if it is what you are looking for. I liked the design and the pink and white stripe was a pretty color. I just thought the fabric would lean a little more towards a cotton feel than it did. I ordered this blouse to go on a cruise and I thought the blend would be a good idea to prevent wrinkles but then when I received it I didn't think it would be breathable enough to wear in the Caribbean. To me this would have been a better shirt to have worn in the office. The fabric had more of a slick feel rather than softer cotton. That said the material isn't scratchy at all. I did like the cut of the shirt and felt that it would have been very versatile. This would make for a good swim suit cover along with being able to wear it with white jeans or shorts. I am usually between a size M or L. I am 5'5" 165lbs. However, based on the size chart I went with a L. I think that is a better fit for me than the M in this case. There wasn't any gaping in the bust with the L as can be a problem for me in some button down shirts because I have broader shoulders. The shirt is really nice. Wrinkled upon arrival but a quick steam got all those out. My only complaint is with the sizing. Amazon recommended a M so that’s what I got. It swamped me. Returned for a Small but even that is generous. Could probably get away with an XS but I’m keeping it anyway, it’s fine. I am 5’3 with very short arms and although this is not petite, the sleeve length is OK. ... show more
