Overall i love it and i would buy again if i lost it, definitely a high quality necklace that will go great with or without any additional add-ons.

The links are not even soldered closed. I only went with this retailer because another review said "links all welded very strong" they are not even pinched closed on some links. Obviously this chain is stainless steel and illegally laser engraved "S925". Which is comically large. Listing claims it is silver plated, regardless it's not supposed to be stamped 925 when it isnt solid sterling silver. I bought it knowing this because it was a gift and I wanted to seem like I spent more than I did. Bottom line this necklace is not worth anywhere near $50.

I would definitely recommend you simulate the size around your neck before you buy it to make sure it's going to have the right length for your neck, because when I saw the simulated pictures and then tried it out myself, I discovered I needed a size larger than normal and I'm happy I did. The appearance of this chain is very shiny chrome-like in appearance. I don't see any defects that I can see. I think the most important thing I like about this chain is that it's easy to take on and off. It has two levers on the latch that you squeeze that makes it easy to take on and reattach. This convenience is makes a real difference.
