I wasn't expecting much with this even though I thought that for the price it should be decent quality. I was pleasantly surprised that this is a high quality item and even larger than I expected it to be. Even if you have larger supplement bottles, like I do, you can still fit them in the bottom container by laying them down. I wasn't sure I needed the fancy leather handle (seemed a bit excessive and unnecessary) but it actually makes a big difference in the overall quality of the item. This was one of those Amazon purchases that I wasn't sure would be as good as I was hoping for, but it turned out to exceed expectations.

I was moving and bought this for my perfumes & cosmetics. It’s PERFECT!! Large bottom compartment and two smaller ones—and all three have its own “lock”. So you can keep two or three together or separate all three. It’s functional, practical, and the perfect size for for organizing, moving, etc. It pretty much saved my perfumes and expensive cosmetics, so I can’t recommend it enough.

Love this medicine organizer! It’s bigger than I expected and holds quite a lot. I love that the bottom compartment is deep enough to fit the bigger items like a nebulizer, blood pressure machine, etc. while the top two compartments are great for thermometers, first aid items and medications. It’s sturdy, heavy, and the latches are strong. 10/10 recommend!

Edit: The seller was super nice and reached out to correct the issue with my order as it seemed I got a defective unit. They offered to replace the item to a newer upgraded version they had available or issue a full refund. I chose to have it refunded as I no longer needed the item. They were quick to get my refund processed and inform me it was done! Original review: This med box looked nice online but in person it’s pretty bad. The plastic feels cheap like it would crack easy. The lid doesn’t seal tight like it’s suppose to. Handle already wobbly after just a week. Not enough room for bottles like I thought either, especially in the lager bottom section.

I like this chest a lot. It is designed very well. I have a mounting collection of meds and health supplements that are currently scattered in zippered cases, cardboard boxes, and plastic trays that I want to pull together in one overall organizer. It is a large chest, but I will probably end up getting another just to handle the volume. PROS: 1) Well designed. 2) Three tiers for small, medium, and taller bottles. 3) Snap closures at the sides allow direct entry to the exact tier you want to access. 4) Handle on top to easily move around. 5) Large size for volume storage. 6) This chest would be great for storing other things like jewelry or art supplies. CONS: 1) The handle is leather. A braided plastic might afford better longevity. I see replacing at some point. 2) The case is made from a very hard, non flexible plastic. I don't see this case sustaining any kind of sharp or high velocity insukt well. 3) For this kind of hard plastic, this chest is a bit pricey.
