Not good for rehab
These are very uncomfortable. Bc I need the weight evenly distributed for rehab on a broken leg, these didn't work for me at all.

No good for walking
These are pretty meh. I got them to add some weight to my morning walks and increase the cardio impact. They slide around a lot though, and the straps kind of hurt if you try to get them right enough to stop shifting around. They might be good for more stationary exercise, but I would not recommend these for walking.
