The sandals are nice, and comfy. I ordered the sandals in a women's size 8. I am a size 9 but read that these were not true to size and to order one size down. My left foot could be thicker due to old injuries, so I should have ordered my true size which is a 9. They were a little tight around my wider left foot, and the velcro strap barely touches in the back. I sprayed alcohol on the problem areas and feel the material getting a bit softer, stretching , and fitting better. I will order my true size 9 if I buy in another color. ... show more

I gave it 3 stars because although it’s comfy, in a way it’s not very secure and with the height and all, you can really “run” or walk that fast without worrying about falling and messing up your ankle. I wanted to wear this during my travel esp through the airport but in some cases where I’ve had to run or walk extremely fast from going to one side and finding out I’m at the wrong terminal and running to the other side, I realized I had to return these lol. These Croc Sandals are super cute but they are extremely heavy. I was NOT expecting that because the other pairs that I own are rather lightweight. These are heavier than my winter boots. I literally had to step up into these shoes, not like wearing heels but as if I'm taking the stairs. While wearing them, I felt as if I was wearing platform combat boots while trying to walk through water. Every chance I had to sit down during the event, I took them off. I do not recommend these sandals. I feel they are too heavy to walk in at a normal pace, they weigh you down and they are too high in height. I'd ordered Stomps once before in my accurate size, and they were gigantic. This pair would work, I thought, because I ordered a full size smaller AND this style has an adjustable back strap. Alas, they are still extremely unstable, and tend to roll my feet outwards. So on uneven ground, I'm pretty sure I'd break an ankle sooner or later. Other than this rather big flaw, they are comfortable and cute, but I can't risk the hazards they pose.
