Not wanting to do another return cuz sometimes crap happens, I put a piece of adhesive foam inside the back strap & painted it white with "white out" on the sides to match the shoe color. It'll do. If I could have tried them on in a store, I just would have tried all the ones in my size on until I found the perfect fit. But c'est la vie.
