The media could not be loaded. I ordered US women’s size 9/men’s size 7 . I received my shipment swiftly. It was packaged well, and the product looks great. I have previously owned the normal style of Crocs and ordered the same size. This particular style fits a bit more snug on me. I am not sure about sizing up because I feel it will be too big.
