First off, definitely order 1 size up from what you normally wear in normal Crocs! I wasn't sure if I should but glad I did because even with 1 size larger than I normally wear, they fit exactly right. Also, the toe box area is a little more narrow and not as roomy as regular Crocs, so keep that in mind. I have wide feet and these fit comfortably but not much wiggle room. I absolutely love the look and style of these, maybe even more than the regular Crocs. The striped edging is what makes these shoes IMO. To me, these are more stylish & less clunky. I'm a little concerned if my feet will get too sweaty in these since they lack the air holes along the edge that the normal Crocs do but I figured if I wear them without socks in the summer, should be fine. I normally wear a size 9 wide extra wide women's shoe I purchased women's 10/men's 8 in this style of crock and I absolutely love them so much so I have purchased three more pairs in various colors, and I purchased same for my 53 year old husband and our 23 year old daughter. He normally wears a men's shoes 10D or 10 1/2 D, and I his Crocs in size women's 12/mens 10. My daughter's wears 8.5 or 9 wide shoes and she loves the fit of the women's 10/men's 8 of Crocs. These shoes support the arch, are breathable, but without the low sitting cutouts of some styles of Crocs they let way less dirt and water into the shoe. Being A diabetic, I need a shoe that fits as well first thing in the morning as it does at the end of the day. We all wear this style of Crocs with and without socks in all by the most cold part of the seasons. Additionally I can do gardening yard work grass cutting with my foot supported and well padded from the bottom and then when I'm done can wash them in the shower drive them with a paper towel and put them right back on. All people's feet are different but I cannot tell you what a godsend these Crocs are to the three of us and if you haven't tried Crocs yet I can't think of a better style to try as your "First Croc Adventure"! ... show more

I have a 5+ year old pair of classic Crocs that are getting worn, so I decided to order a new pair. There was no indication that these would fit differently than the classics, but they are probably 2-3 width sizes narrower. The length is good and they are well made, but way too narrow for me. Now that I look into it, I see that some have commented that the Crocband model runs narrower than the classics. I hope that's the case, because I will be returning these for a classic of the same size in the hope that they fit better. Until that process is complete, I won't know if they have changed the sizing of all their shoes, or if it's simply that this model is made in a narrower mold. If you wear a wide men's shoe, expect that you may need to order up in size to get a Crocband that fits. I will try to remember to update this if I find the classic model to truly run wider. ... show more

At the tender age of 50 I finally bit the bullet and bought my first pair of Crocs. And I absolutely love them. They are so comfortable. I thought I'd only wear them around the house and to walk the dog. But I wear out them to run errands too! They're great for camping too. Especially when setting up, and then packing stuff away. My toes feel completely protected (in the summer I usually wear flip flops, which have zero protection). I've also worn them to the beach with great comfort and ease. Who doesn't love Crocs? Crocs are my favorite outdoor footwear; taking the dog out, grilling, lounging outside, light gardening or washing the car. I don't leave the house with them or mow the lawn while wearing them either. They are durable, washable and almost indestructible. These crocks are made nicely and seem like a very nice quality item BUT they run really large and extra wide. I ordered my regular size 10 women. They are Unisex so that was 10 women/8 men. I have a wide foot and will often order "wide width" shoes, so when I say these are wide they are WIDE! I gave them a 4 star review due to the size problem. I had to return my pair. I've always thought these were stupid looking, but they are ultra comfortable. I just can't deal with sandals that have a strap between your first two toes, they just hurt after a while. Also don't like the ones that are rubber that fully go over the front of your foot as they rub my feet and they get sore too. These are perfect. These are my first pair of Crocks and I couldn't be happier. Wear them barefoot or with socks without issue. For anyone that has struggled with typical sandals tearing up your feet, give these a try. My bet is you'll be pleasantly surprised.
