These are a good little brush for certain purposes. I wouldn’t call them stiff, though. They are not as soft as a painting brush, but definitely not as stiff as like a metal or even plastic wire brush.

I ran across these and thought well gee those look like they would come in handy for something and you know they did. All of the crud in the little creases in the car interior that the gooey stuff can't pull out, any joint that needs cleaning before caulking, and great around fixtures in the kitchen and bath. The bristles are plenty stiff enough to really scrub but plastic so they're not tearing anything up.

The way I have to angle it to clean the areas I bought them for is awkward, so the first time I definitely used too much force & scratched the finish.
