The tan looks like sandstone, the blue is swirled with white and quite pretty. The green is more green and darker green and less impressive, but I really cannot complain about any of them. Of course I wanted something beautiful for my daughters ashes but I taking it out and seeing it in the light is incredible. We also share a deep love of the ocean and the spirit of water is ever present to me in these blue marble urns. It feels very sturdy and the lid screws firmly shut. I also got the smaller companion urns so that I can take her to many of the magical places we shared and share her ashes with those spaces. I received this 2 days after ordering it. I arrived in a well packaged box. There was no chance of breakage. I ordered the blue and the details are gorgeous. I’m sure my mother approves.
