This is because Creative Scents backs up their products with EXCELLENT customer service. I had a couple of product issues that were quickly & generously resolved. ...I suggest not putting hand lotion (vaseline intensive care) inside the lotion dispenser because this created a foul smell. Initially they were very attractive but the finish peeled off where ever soap (both liquid and bar soap) touched it. Used in a guest bathroom so not used frequently. Didn't last 9 months.
