If I could leave zero stars I would. I ordered this tray because it looked exactly like what I was wanting and the perfect size to fit under my cabinets. However, when I opened the package all that was in there was 2 trays. There was no spindle, metal handle or instructions. Just 2 trays. I guess you don't need instructions if the main piece is missing. I returned it and went ahead and ordered another one so that it would be on the way. Guess what!! Same thing. Only 2 trays! I contacted Amazon and of course their customer service is awesome and it was refunded. After reading some other reviews this has happened before. One person just got the spindle and no trays. I was told a supervisor will go down and look through the boxes to make sure this doesn't keep happening. I do agree with other reviews that the trays do have an odor. It wasn't God awful or anything. **Update** Well third time is the charm apparently. I got an email back from Amazon customer service stating they would not be going through the boxes like she thought they would. So that left me with a choice. I really loved the way this one looked put together (as seen in pictures) so I bought it a third time and finally all the pieces arrived in one box and I was able to assemble it. It works perfect for what I wanted. So I guess I’d give the third tray more stars since all the parts were you in the box.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video. Rustic look gone wrong! So disappointed! Just my luck, as soon as I opened the box, paint chips fell out everywhere. The paint on this product was flaking so bad it was ridiculous.

Love this piece. I enjoy the rustic wood and color. It is just the right size. Not too big or too small. A little pricey but I am happy with the product so I would buy it again. It works just as I wanted. Looks great in my kitchen.

I was so excited to receive this tray because after lusting over photos of people’s tiered tray decor, I finally decided to get one of my own. As soon as I opened the box, I noticed pieces of chipped white paint falling out of the box. When I took the tray out of the box, the paint was literally chipping off EVERYWHERE. I get that this is supposed to be a “rustic” look, but this is a little extreme because by the time I set it up, there was hardly any paint left on the trays at all. Luckily I have some white chalk paint that I can use to distress it again. Other than the paint issue, it really is a beautiful tray.

I've had my eye on a tiered tray like this for a few weeks but it was more then I wanted to spend, then I found this one and was very happy with the price. It came in and the color was perfect. Definitely more like the second picture, not as orange as the first. The directions were easy to put together and everything fit except one of the small feet. We had to actually saw it shorter to get it in. Other then that, love it. Exactly what I was after. Photo is a bit dark.

I don’t know if I like it or not. It arrived in pieces taped together looking more like someone’s return rather than a new purchase. The center spindle is segmented into 3 pieces, which doesn’t seem right considering it only needs two pieces. If you leave one spindle out to adjust height, then the bolt going through the bottom is too long to stand properly. Maybe one of the spindles broke into two? I tried looking at the picture online to see the spindle orientation, but they don’t match the picture in shape/cut. The color is nice. Ultimately, it is easy to assemble. Seems a bit wonky in symmetry. That is probably fine for the farmhouse look. The jury is still out on this product.
