Crayola Premier Tempera Paint is my go-to brand
Color: Red
As an elementary art teacher Crayola Premier Tempera Paint is my go-to brand. After trying other brands, I will only buy this one. Thick coverage with even just one coat. I highly recommend.

Perfect substitue for laser engraving spray on glass
Color: Black
Review Image by Roadking
I needed to engrave (mark) glass with my 40 watt diode laser and found laser marking sprat to be rather pricey. A YouTube I came across recommended using tempera paint. Since Crayola was a name brand I chose this for it's assumed quality. It is nice and thick, covered the glass in one coat with a foam brush and dried quickly (20 minutes or so and I was ready to engrave). It washed off easily with just water and a Mr Eraser sponge, taking only a few seconds per piece. The engraving came out great. Highly recommended as a cost effective alternative to marking spray. ... show more

Best Student Grade Tempera
Color: Red
As an art teacher since 1993, I will not use any other tempera than Crayola Premier. There is simply no other student grade tempera that comes remotely close to matching it's quality. It goes on smoothly and washes up easily.
