    • Realistic, great sounds, good size for my 2 year old and bonus...the leaf blower actually blows a little!
I got my son this set for his 2nd Birthday. I saw the box and thought that something was missing because it was so small but everything was there. By far, my son favorite is the weed eater. The lights and sounds really grab his attention. My favorite is the leaf blower (yes, I play with his toys). It actually moves tiny, light weight, leaves and pieces of grass. I didn't expect it to actually work so I was pleasantly surprised. The only problem I experienced was in less than a month after the purchase, the weed eater broke. I figured because my son uses it so much, it was out of batteries already. I changed the batteries and it still didn't work. I happened to get an email from the company the following Tuesday asking for a review. It said that if I had any issues to give them a chance to fix it before I write the review. So I replied to that email, letting them know that it was broken. They replied within 3 hours, saying they're sorry for the trouble and that they'll ship me a brand new set. I was to take out the working weed eater, put the old, broken weed eater in the box and return it using the label they provide. It took less than a week to get the new set and my son is again playing with the weed eater. FYI..he doesn't use the gloves or glasses, he has no interest in them at all. I keep the mower and chain saw at my mom’s so he always has something to play with there and the other 2 are home with us. 4 fun toys for $60? I was going to pay more for just the leaf blower so I'm thankful I found this set. Overall, great buy, realistic, hours of fun, and easy to return if necessary.     • My son is gonna LOVE this set!!!
OMG! This is so stinking cute! I purchased this set for my son for Christmas, so he has not actually gotten to play with it. All he keeps saying he wants is a weedwacker and a lawn mower. Here is my review of the toys. The package was in perfect condition when I opened it. My husband and I were going to wrap each tool separately, so we opened the box and put batteries in each. ***The mower is not battery operated. You can see the circle on top and there is a picture of grass on it. ***The chainsaw is realistic in the fact that you push one button and it turns on the "motor" and then pull the trigger to activate the chain. And yes, the chain does move. ***The leaf blower lights up and makes noise. It is not annoying-ly loud, but my son will really like it. And it does blow a small amount of air, not really enough to move anything per se, but still a cool effect nonetheless. ***And for the final piece, the one toy my son will most likely play with all day Christmas, the weedwacker. It is adjustable in height. The "blade" lights up and rotates. Not only does it make noise, but it vibrates very similar to a real weedwacker. ***They appear well made, but I can not speak to if they will last.The plastic is not flimsy. The colors are vibrant. I am so excited to have him open his presents on Christmas morning!!! I will post pics when he gets it. ... show more

    • Great for 3 year olds!
My son loves pretending to be a gardener and playing with garden tools in the garden so when I came across this on Amazon, it was the perfect toy for him as there's nothing like this in the toy stores here. The tools are a perfect size for a 3 year old and they come with sounds that emulate the real stuff! My son loves the set as the items are light and easy to operate. However, the items are made in plastic hence I'm not sure how long they will last. For now, they meet all our expectations! Packaging was also pretty compact as the company managed to squeeze so many items into a medium sized box - i was expecting a much bigger box. Only setback was that the item only ships within U.S and not internationally hence I had to get a friend to bring the item to me when she flew here. ... show more

    • Great lawn care fun
As we neared my son's fourth birthday, I wanted a gift for him that would allow him to live out his lawnmowing dreams. No, I'm not kidding. My kid wakes up out of a dead sleep for lawnmowers. He even pretended to use a rock as a trimmer before. This toy set has been perfect for him. Three of the toys (trimmer, blower, and chainsaw) took three AA batteries. I had to assemble the handle to the lawnmower, but it was only three pieces and went together easily. My one complaint is that because of where the batteries are (under the handle), it was difficult to put one of the batteries into the blower. The trimmer and blower both light up. The three battery toys make motorized sounds (the best is the chainsaw, which has an idling sound and a cutting sound). The blower actually blows out air. The lawnmower makes some noise, but is very quiet compared to the others. My son loves that it has a working pull cord. The size is great for a four or five year old. My son is at the top end of height for his age and the toys are just right for him. I recommend these toys to any parent whose child is interested in yard work. The most difficult part so far has been convincing my son that the yard work could wait until he had a good night's sleep. ... show more

    • Not worth it...
We had this product for a week before we started having problems. I have 2 young boys who love watching yard work videos on youtube and thought these would great. At first they were, but I was wrong. The weed eater was the first to have a problem. It will run on it's own randomly, and you have to smack it to get it to stop. Small problem, but a sign of more to come. The chainsaw stopped working one day, so I went to check it, and the battery compartment was starting to warp. I got the cover off and discovered one of the batteries had swollen badly and was causing a lot of heat. I took the whole thing apart to see where the issues may be, but when I found the problem it was not worth the work or money to fix it. The mower has a cover that is only secured by 1 screw, and not well. It got yanked of and broke the plastic so it wont go back on and be stable. Also, the wheel can be broken off remarkably easy. The leaf blower works great though! ... show more
