I'm 5"9, 160 lbs at first I ordered Medium, it was big ash, large top, long pants. I returned them and got a small. It fits better now. If you want to go with a cleaner look I think you can go XS, I kept mine small because I'm planning on gaining weight. In summary, 5"9 to 5"11, 160 to 180 lbs, you should go Small and thank me later. I posted pictures wearing medium first then small.     • Great Quality Scrubs — Just Wash Polyester Correctly

Great quality scrubs. Just a heads‑up: these are 100% polyester, not cotton, so they’re supposed to fit a little snug — that’s how polyester performance scrubs are designed. If people are saying they run small, it’s usually because polyester hugs the body more than cotton does. That’s normal. Also, wash them correctly and they’ll last a long time. Cold water only, and hang dry. If you wash them in hot water or throw them in the dryer, they will shrink, warp, and get ruined — that’s not the scrubs’ fault, that’s just how polyester reacts to heat. Mine came a little wrinkled out of the bag, but that’s completely normal for polyester being shipped and folded. After washing and hang‑drying, they looked perfect. With all the options for scrubs out there, it is quite difficult to decide which set to get. There are fancy scrubs that cost a boatload, but for bedside nursing where I am exposed to a variety of fluids it does not make sense to break the bank. I got these in a medium. I am six feet tall and weigh 165 pounds or so. They are pretty baggy so I really have to cinch the string to get them to stay up on my 33 inch waist. The fabric is a soft synthetic material that wicks sweat away pretty well so it keeps me dry on my long days. After four months of regular 12 hour shifts they are as good as new. The number of pockets helps me keep my personal items separate from my work items. I docked a star for the bagginess. It seems odd that a medium is so large! ... show more
