This dress is freaking amazing!!! !If you have not bought a COWCOW dress, or have been on the fence about it, take the plunge, buy one, they are affordable and cute a/f. You will not regret this shiz. It is totally worth the 20ish dollars AND wait, if you even have to wait, some of these beauties are on PRIME. Do it, so many patterns and several cuts, there HAS GOT TO BE SOMETHING FOR YOU. The fit is so nice, I wear an 18/20 (american sizes) and this fit perfect, actually have extra room in the chest. The material is light weight and soft. Breathable and so so stretchy!!! I could have easily gone down a size and still been able to wear the hell out of this dress. Seriously, this is the 3rd or 4th one that I have ordered and I WILL absolutely get more. Keep your eyes on them though, they go out of stock fast, if you can't find the one you want here on amazon, check out their website.

I've bought 11 of the skater and sleeveless dresses so far, and they are incredible. I wear a 3X-4X in most brands, but friends told me to go up a size for my large bust. I did that, and the fit is perfect. These dresses look so simple, but the cut is magic. They are incredibly flattering on even the largest end of the plus sizes. I have friends of all shapes, sizes, and heights, and nearly everyone raves about these. The quality is really good. I was wary of the poly/spandex mix, but it's breathable, super-comfortable, and soft. I can't get over all the prints. I love alternative looks, and it's so hard for plus-sizes to find cute clothes that aren't frumpy, ill-cut, and end up looking like sacks or muumuus. These are fun and flattering, and I will be buying more in more styles.

tl;dr bottom line: The dress is lightweight and breezy, moves nicely, is not super clingy but shows every little undergarment line and texture. I am going to buy more in other colors and would recommend this to others. So, the dress! I like it a lot. The lavender pattern is playful and reminds me of Usagi's purple bed sheets in Sailor Moon. The fit: I normally wear a size 16 and ordered a size XL in this dress. (If I wanted a tighter fit, I could have easily worn a large, but I'm going more for comfort than clingy.) I'm 5'8 with a short waist and 33" inseam and the dress ends at about 3" above the knee. I thought the shoulder straps would be more narrow, based on the product photo, but they're a nice, comfortable 2". The neckline is a shallow scoop and sits comfortably, no gapping or shifting around unless I have my arms up, as you see in the photo. When I wear it with a belt, the dress shifts up a bit in the front as I walk, but it's not a major drawback, and it does not shift up like this if I wear the dress plain. The waist on this is pretty high, almost an empire, so I think it would be fine for ladies such as myself who have big hips and a tummy. The fabric: A nice weight, stretchy, a little slippery, with a satin sheen to it. Reminds me of a heavy swimsuit fabric. You'd think this would be a negative and the dress would look and feel cheap, but it's actually pretty nice, especially on a hot day. The fabric provides the dress a nice flow of air, and the skirt flips around playfully as you walk. The printing of the fabric pattern is a little fuzzy, kind of what it looks like when you print a big poster from a low-resolution image. But, it's not enough to make it look bad. You only notice this upon close inspection, and this is a casual dress, so I'm not concerned with this. At this size, the fabric is not clingy on me, but it will reveal every little line and texture of what you're wearing underneath. No lacy underthings with this dress. You need to wear smooth, no-show bras and underwear. If you are concerned about this dress showing your body in an unflattering way, some Spanx would be a simple solution. The last two things are the reasons I docked a star. Otherwise, I really like this dress and I'm going to buy more in other colors.

I have nothing but good things to say about CowCow. I'm 5'2", and weigh about 95lbs and it's really REALLY difficult to find clothes that fit me at reasonable prices here in the states. I have ordered a small collection of dresses from them in various prints and I keep coming back for more! As long as you adhere to to given measurements in the provided chart everything is true to size. Bear in mind - these dresses are flat cut. Meaning they will fit a smaller cup size better than someone more buxom. While the material will stretch, too much stretch and the pattern loses it's integrity and blurs which isn't as pretty an effect, obviously. Shipping *does* usually take a couple weeks, but everything has always arrived on time and in beautiful condition. The seller has always answered my questions promptly and politely. I literally have zero complaints. These work great both as a lightweight Summer dress, or - if paired with a matching petticoat - they turn into absolutely BEAUTIFUL frocks, and cocktail dresses! They're incredibly soft and silky, too, so it's not a hassle to wear one all day for a special event or just for fun. CowCow's line of wacky prints and zany dresses never fail to make me think of Ms. Frizzle from the 90's cartoon "The Magic School Bus". And really - I think everyone wanted to be Ms. Frizzle at some point or another. This is your chance, on the cheap! ;)

I am obsessed with these dresses! I'm a teacher, and I call them my "Ms. Frizzle Dresses". You do have to order a couple sizes large than you usually would; I wear an XL in dresses, and a 3X in this brand fits me like an XL. China sizing, you know. I ordered up knowing this and so my dresses fit, but I guess you could consider them small for the size? IDK. The material is stretchy and feels like swimsuit material. They clean up nicely (cold water and hang dry), but they snag super earily. Be careful when you're wearing them! That's literally the only complaint about them that I have, and for about $20 a pop, you can afford to replace them as they wear out. I get SO many compliments wearing these. The fit is flattering and everyone loves the patterns.
