215 and 5'3", dress was a bit tight on the bust, but I'm a 38 DD, so I expected that. Fabric is pretty spandex-y, but I got compliments on the dress all day! I live in Phoenix, AZ and its the middle of summer, fabric was surprisingly breathable for being so heavy :)

I’ve purchased these dresses from CowCow so many times and I do not understand why they have so many dresses that are seemingly identical in style/cut in a variety of prints, however they do not appear to have a standard to the actual size cutting. One print in a 3x fits perfectly, the same dress in this print in a 4x is tight and unflattering. It’s frustrating because these dresses are super cute but they have NO standard for sizing whatsoever. A 4x should have the same measurements and cut across all prints/patterns, just as a 3x should. It’s very disappointing to never know if your item will fit correctly. And for reference, I also own a 4x of a CowCow dress of this same cut that is way too large and baggy in the underarms. Do better CowCow. Create a universal size standard for all your dresses. I should be able to order the same same in any print of your dresses and get the same fit when I’m ordering dresses of the same style. ... show more

I really love my dress, but it's kind of large. I brought this dress in a size 2XL and I'm 5'7 at 250 pounds. I would say go a size down on the dress, if you want it short. My dress fits me kind of long, it goes half way by the knee. I wanted a very short dress that goes above the knee. I still love the dress anyways and I'm going to rock it. The material is very stretchy and comfy. I'm going to be wearing this dress to a 4:20 event this year. If you're planning to wash this please hand wash it. Don't put it in the washer and dryer, because it will shrink and tear. This dress is 10% spandex and 90% polyester therefore these are materials that need to be handle with care. ... show more
