These low-heeled patent slingbacks are a lovely, classic shoe with just enough personality thanks to the subtle bow detail on the side. They’re very comfortable, and I was pleased that the size 10 fit me perfectly, no tightness or pinching. The rich color and square toe give them a polished look that works well with dresses, slacks, or even jeans depending on how you style them. That said, there are two major design oversights. First, the slingback strap around the heel is not adjustable, no buckle or clasp, just a small elastic section. Second, the strap that goes across the top of the foot isn’t adjustable either. I own a similar pair from another brand where both of these straps are adjustable, so it’s definitely possible. Skipping that here really limits the fit, especially for anyone with narrow heels or higher insteps. Currently priced under $40, these are a good value for a shoe that’s comfortable and stylish. But that lack of adjustability on both straps could be a dealbreaker depending on your foot shape. If they happen to fit you just right, you’ll probably love them, but there’s not much wiggle room if they don’t.

I know slings and Mary Jane’s are the latest trend so I thought I would order these slings to wear with flared dress pants. I ordered these black patent leather in a 1/2 size bigger than I normally wear because I was afraid the toe box would be narrow but I probably could have ordered my normal size. The style of this shoe is very cute and they are surprisingly comfortable. There is a little bit of a cushioned insole but I wish they would put a little more especially with flatter shoes. The heel is approximately 1.5 “ so they are a very comfortable height for both work and dress. There are several choices of colors but I wish they had normal flat black because the patent leather does stick out quite a bit especially when you have a larger foot. The price point is reasonable for the quality, the patent leather exterior and what feels like a rubber sole looks attractive and I am happy with the fit. Maybe I will be less self conscious of the color with some black slacks but you could certainly wear this style of shoe with a skirt or a dress.

I ordered these for my daughter who just started working as an intern in an office setting. She wears sz 8.5 consistently and her foot is on the narrow side. We got her the black patent pair in 8.5 and they fit her perfectly. She already loves anything Mary Jane so this was a nice elevated look for her. She’s very tall, just shy of 5’9,” and the low heel is just the right height for her. Nowhere on these shoes are they adjustable although the inner ends of the heel straps are slightly elasticized. These fit her narrow feet well so these may not be wide feet friendly. She found them to be very comfortable after an 8hr day where she’s on her feet quite a bit. I also like the addition of small bows on the heel straps - they’re subtle but add a youthful look. We received these through Amazon Vine at a discounted price in exchange for our review, but I do feel the full price of just under $40 is excellent. The overall quality and construction is wonderful. These are comparable to shoes I’d purchase at a higher end department store. These arrived beautifully boxed, each shoe in its own dust bag. Definitely recommend these as well as the brand, “Coutgo,” which has a store here on Amazon. They also sell men’s and children’s footwear.

These slingback Mary Jane pumps are very beautiful , comortable and versatile. It has a lovely low block heel which is amazing for wearing anywhere. Wear to a wedding, dinner, party, out dancing or wear everyday. They are non slip with a nice elastic band around the back of your heel. They are a sort of "dressed up" Mary Jane. I have gotten many compliments.

These slingback Mary Jane heels are such a fun mix of classic and quirky. The square toe and little bow give them a vintage look, and the low chunky heel means you can actually survive a whole event. I wore them to a wedding and danced all night without blisters. The fit was true to size for me, though the strap might be a little tight if you have a wider foot. Overall, they're cute, comfy, and totally wearable for more than just dressy occasions.
