Although this is a beautifully made shoe, I found the buckle to adjust the heel strap very difficult to lengthen. Sadly, I returned the shoes. However, it is a beautiful shoe and I would recommend it, just not for me.

There is no way I would wear these for more than a few minutes. They pinch my toes something fierce. I can often wear a 9, but sometimes wear a 9.5 and have fairly narrow feet. I ordered these in a 9.5 and they were still too tight. The toes are very elongated to the point I think they look comical. The black looks like cheap plastic.
