First, I am not a big heels person. First thing I noticed when I put these on was that they felt like I could in fact wear them out. Initially thought these would only work for home sexy outfits, but now I am thinking otherwise. Don't get me wrong these are 100% fantastic for those slinky sexy play time outfits, hubby is super excited. The fit is true to size and with the square toe they don't pinch at all. Black looks just stunning and I am really looking forward to wearing these out soon. The ribbon is easy to replace if something were to happen so that is great as well. I would say the quality is pretty darn good since most if not all poorly made shoes hurt my feet the second I put them on. These ballet heels are really beautiful. These are almost identical to the ballet heels by the red-bottom designer that went viral and sold out everywhere last year. But, it’s said the designer ones are very uncomfortable. These however are very comfortable and easy to walk in! The toe box of these ballet heels is roomy and comfortable. The footbed is padded from heel to toe, making them very comfortable to walk in. The outer bed has a rubberized bottom that makes walking in these much safer and easier - you aren’t going to be slipping around. The satin fabric is lovely and the seams are all well done. The ends of the satin straps are hemmed so the will not fray. The straps look pretty tied in front or back. The heels come in individually dust bags for protecting the satin. I wear a size 8 and that is what I ordered and they fit well. My heel comes to the very end of the footbed but a think and 8.5 would have been too big, so I suggest ordering you’re size but double check the measurements on the size chart to be sure. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I don't know, do they deserve to lose a whole star because the tie is an actual satin ribbon and slides down as you walk? Not sure. But they are so, SO pretty! The actual pointe shoe detailing is such a great touch. And while I very rarely wear shoes this high, and stilettos to boot, these are very well balanced. Walking back and forth across my tile floors the heels were not slipping, I was not wobbling, the joint of my big toe does not feel pinched, neither did it immediately start throbbing, which is a feat, I tell you. Would I want to spend a whole night standing? No. But to wear for a date where I'll be walking from the parking lot to a theater/restaurant where I may need to stand and wait for a bit? Absolutely. These shoes are adorable. I love the color. The fit is so nice. The ribbons on it add such a beautiful feminine touch and they do have very good cushioning in the heel so I could definitely wear these for a couple of hours before my feet would start pinching.
