This is a perfect towel in size, thickness and softness. This is not a thick towel, it is mid-weight, which is what I needed for the sauna blanket (450 preference, I think this one is 500?)… It seems well made and a very good price in comparison to “other” towels for this purpose.

Was leary to order online without being able to feel them as im picky about certain materials but they are really nice - thick and fluffy. They are affordable. These are a very nice color, pretty much spot-on to the picture on the website. Nice and soft and wash well. They are very new so I can't speak to how long they will hold up, but so far I can say they are very absorbent and have a nice feel to them. Good purchase for the price.

These towels are very soft and absorbent. I found the color to be true to the picture. I haven’t used them too long, so I’m not sure if their longevity yet. After a couple of months of daily use I have no strings, tears or fading.

I read the reviews with people saying the towels lose color and have a lot of lint. With all towels, fabric softener liquid or sheet should not be used. When I got the towels, I put them in the washer and sprinkled 1/4 cup of table salt on the towels, put 1/2 cup vinegar in the fabric softener dispenser, and 1 tbsp of Arm & Hammer laundry detergent. I have a soak option on my washer that mixed it all up and then stops before rinsing and draining. I left the towels like that for about an hour and then ran a regular wash with another tbsp of laundry detergent and 1/4 vinegar in the fabric softener dispenser. I dried them on normal cycle and had a little lint but normal for towels that have been washed numerous times. They are puffy and absorbent and a great color. I washed 4 hand towels, 4 washcloths, 1 bath sheet and 2 regular bath towels. Hope this helps a bit. These are great affordable towels and the exact color I was looking for! Update 3/21- somehow this review was on a part of my homepage and I knew I didn’t have any green towels. I wanted to correct the picture because it looks nothing like the color in person. This is the Aqua Blue color and a much better pic in the light. Very bright and adds a pop of color. (I accidentally had 2 white wash clothes in when I washed these towels the other day and the white was not discolored a bit). ... show more

My old towels were about 6 years old and perfectly fine, but I simply wanted new ones in different colors. My old ones are a nationally well-known brand that were sold by a major mid-range department store that has survived for 120+ years, and still has anchor stores in many mega malls across the country. I wanted to find similar quality towels in new colors. Boy, did I learn a lot about today's towel industry! I bought these towels thinking that they would be as good as my old towels that were considered "average" quality back then. These towels simply are no match for my old "average" towels. These towels are rather flimsy and light weight. And they aren't very absorbent. When you use one of these towels to wipe up water splashed on the counter, it will leave water streaks behind. It takes 2 or 3 passes to wipe all the water up. I learned that towels are rated by GSM, "grams per square meter". The towel industry rates towels as: 300 - 400 GSM (lightweight, thinner); 400 - 600 GSM (medium to higher weight, soft and absorbent); or 700 - 900 GSM (highest, heavy weight, luxury towels). They say these towels are rated 560. I think these towels are ok if you have kids and just want lighter weight towels to wash more often. I found this company's hand towels and face clothes to be fine with their lighter weight . But I found their bath towels to be not so great. As I said, they are sort of flimsy and don't feel very substantial. I am going to keep the hand towels and face clothes, but I have already purchased higher rated, luxury bath towels. They basically match what in the old days would be considered to be an "average" bath towel. And with the mega sales on towels these days, they didn't cost me that much more. I am going to donate these bath towels to charity. In summary, these days one really needs to think more about what they want in a bath towel before purchasing. If you just want an inexpensive towel, this brand is fine. But if you want something more luxurious, these towels are not heavier, luxurious towels. ... show more
