My rating is based on value. These are not hotel quality fluffy thick towels. BUT they are a great value for the money I paid. They are pretty fluffy, very soft, not super thick and the band that goes around them is pretty nice. I got black, and they didn't stain anything the first time I washed them and no black fuzzies all over my other white towels. I would purchase them again. Just know that they aren't super thick and plush. Just a little bit, but still enough to feel like its a nice towel. Great buy for the money spent.

My husband and I had been meaning to buy white towels for a while (colored ones wear out too fast). We were going to buy ours from WalMart, but we ended up getting these on Amazon because we are happier with the service. Here is a summary of our experience: 1st. The first time we bought this product, I would have given it five stars. The towels are really nice. They absorb water without holding onto it too long (the towels are a little thinner than I'm used to, but that helps them dry out faster), and even though they leave a TON of lent even after several washes (see pic), I was really happy with the product. So, we decided to buy more. 2nd. The second time we bought the product we had a slightly different experience. The towels are still really nice and seem high quality, but there was some odd discoloration. I should have returned them, but sometimes it's not worth it, and a towel is just a towel. I bought them to dry things, not to hang and look pretty. That being said, I was hoping the discoloration would wash out, but it never did. Not all of the towels were like this, though. Just two of them, and only one of them was actually "bad." I would say three stars for this purchase. Overall: Four stars. At this point I won't buy the product again, but I'm not necessarily unhappy with my purchase. Just wish two of the towels hadn't had slight stains before I got them. The rest of them are perfect.

They're big, CRAZY soft, and a true, deep black. The hand towels are the biggest I've ever seen and I love that. The bath towels are really big as well. These are the softest, nicest towels I have ever used. I'm ready to donate my old ones and buy more of these. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOLLOWING THE INSTRUCTIONS THAT COME WITH THESE TOWELS. Trust me. Wash them 3 or 4 times before use, or you are buying a one way ticket to Lint City. Initially I only washed them once, rather than a few times as directed. Holy crap. Lint. Everywhere. Sticking to every part of my face and body. Took a while to get it all off. I washed them twice more and the issue was resolved.

The instructions say wash 3x before use.. So, wash them 3x before use!! I have washed them twice cause laundry costs quarters and they do still shed a little. But I can already tell they are going to shed less and less over time. Probably not at all after 5-6 total washes. Definitely worth the price. High quality stitching and absorbent material. I like big towels and these are def big enough! Not extremely fluffy or thick, but they are soft. I wasn't expecting fancy for the price. If you want fancy go to Target. They have super fluffy towels but they're like $12 apiece. And those will shed too, as all towels do.
