I received the order quickly and complete. My disappointment lies in the quality. These towels are thin, not heavy weight as they are marketed to be. When I washed them and they came out of the dryer, literally a large brown hairball of fiber was in the lint trap like I've never seen. I've ordered many towels, washed them the same way, dried them the same way, and didn't have them "shed" more than a very, very little amount of lint. The towels are lightweight, and I judge the quality to be average, not poor, just not high quality and a heavyweight plush style. Not to sound funny, but my car washing towels (have as expensive) are of heavier weight and didn't shed when I purchased them recently. These towels are ok, but I doubt they will last a long time. Even the color faded some due (I suppose) to the large amount of towel left in the lint trap. This isn't supposed to happen. No, I didn't nuke the towels in the dryer; actually, the temperature was medium and I took them out while they were still damp and air dried them the rest of the way. These are average, every day towels. They don't hold a lot water (tried them for a shower as well) as a thick, heavyweight towel would, and I'm not putting them out for guests. Very disappointed over the weight of the towel and cannot recommend them. I bought the 6-piece hand towel set that matches these and the same result: large shedding. Same seller, and apparently the same material. Spend a few more dollars and get a better grade of towel if you seek a heavyweight towel. ... show more
