Took a while to assemble. Husband said a few steps weren’t clear so pieces didn’t seem to fit, but he figured out what he needed to do and it did eventually fit. My son got it for his 5th birthday and it was a perfect size for him. The battery life is pretty good with one charge. My only complaint is that it’s noisy when you ride it, so when we take it while I do my morning walk I feel bad to bother the neighbors. I rated a one star for remote control.. because it didn’t come with one so for parents with younger kids, it’s probably not for you if your child needs help controlling or maneuvering.

Firstly, battery life on this baby is spot on. The boys got hours of play on it before it started lagging and I needed to plug it in. An overnight charge and it's right back to where it was the day before. It's hauling around my 53 lb little beasts all over grass and gravel and the driveway with no issue whatsoever and keeps on trucking. It's got a little bit of extra maneuverability compared to the larger one we got before. It came in one box and was a cinch to put together, especially after already putting one together before. The instructions were easy to follow and the parts all matched and lined up and went together easily. Nothing missing and everything fired right up. We've had months of rough play on this little electric quad and it's been holding up like a boss. The stickers haven't even started peeling yet lol. The boys love the look and feel of this quad and the camo design just tickles me because it "looks like daddy's" big gas powered one.

My grandson was so excited when this arrived. But, after trying to assemble it there was a part missing. (need this part to keep the wheels on) We were supposed to get 2 bushings, only received one. Contacted costway and was told "we will have to see if we have that part in the warehouse. If not, I'm not sure what we can do. Someone will be reaching out to you within 24 to 48 hours". 3 days later and I have not received any correspondence or phone calls from the company. So my options are to take it apart and send back or wait. Everyday I'm asked by my grandson if its fixed yet. Not a good experience so far.
