Best value for your money. I searched everywhere for 36 inch gas stove and because I was trying to stay within my kitchen remodel budget I had to be very conservative with my purchase. Amazons Cosmo gas electric combo stove is the best value. The least expensive 36 inch stove that I could find, I was a little nervous when it arrived because I assumed because it was the least expensive it was also going to look cheap. This was not the case the stove is stunning I’ve had people over already wondering where they could get a stove just like mine modern sleek elegant looking, and it cooks well. I’m a big pizza oven gal, and there’s even a setting on the oven for pizza. Only struggles that I have had were my previous plug had three prongs And I needed a four prong electrical outlet, And I put my gas line converter on upside down so I wasn’t getting any gas into the stove and had to have a plumber come out and switch it around for me. Been using the stove now for a week and it is awesome. I wish the rest of my remodel was as easy as installing this stove.

I just finished installing this beautiful range. The fit and finishes are excellent. Gas burners adjust smoothly and I love the thermocouple safety feature. The grates are heavy cast iron. The oven is ample and the various modes of cooking / baking are ideal. I find this to be a good quality product and at this price an EXCEPTIONAL value. My partner is a trained chef and he is in love with this appliance. All I can say is that the meals he produces are out of this world delicious. It cooks and browns beautifully. The cooktop cleans easily. Best purchase I've made in memory. I highly recommend this product. I also want to say that customer service has been prompt and fantastic regarding questions and purchase of the LP conversion kit.

It took us forever to find a stove that had a shallow depth for our kitchen remodel. Most stoves that were 24" deep were super expensive but this one was in our budget. It fit perfect in our 24" depth counters and looks stunning. We are still working on the remodel and will post finished pics later but just got it installed. Biggest Issue- The instructions that it came with were very lacking and it doubled the installation time. 1. claimed that it didn't come with a plug and needed to be hard wired (came with plug attached) 2. stated that it was 3 phase (it is single phase). This took the longest to figure out. 3. stated is came with anti-tipping chains to secure it (came with bracket with no instruction on how or where to install it on stove/wall). Didn't come with chains. 4. regulator for NG could not be installed on the back of the stove as per the instructions because the clearances weren't right. When it was turned it would only go 1/2 turn before part of regulator would hit back of stove. Had to install regulator on the shut-off valve. 5. the rest of the instructions were lacking too. After installing it we got it to work and we have loved it! Definitely well worth the money, just wished the instructions were better. Wasted so much time installing it. We got this to replace our 1950's era oven. This oven runs loud and the fan blows while it is cooling off. Aside from the noise it is an amazing stove/oven. The reason for 4 stars is the awful instructions and the unexpected fan noise. After having the stove for a week I was looking on Home Depot's website and found the stove and checked out the instructions for install. Their manual had all of the information that our manual was missing. So if you buy this stove make sure that you get the FULL manual and not the abbreviated version we got.

We have owned this stove for just over two years. We we're immensely pleased with it after it arrived and we put it in our newly remodeled kitchen. About 2 months after we purchased it, the door strangely started slamming shut hard, even if you tried with all your might toake a soft close. The hinges were warped. We called customer service and they asked for pictures and videos of the issue to be emailed, so we sent them. They ordered replacement hinges to our home and we were to contact them once they arrived. The hinges arrived about a month or more later and then a service man arrived after much communication on our part about 3 months later... It was the wrong part. More pictures, another part order, more waiting on another service man... 10 months after our initial complaint I called asking again when is the service man coming?! Thirteen months after we bought it and 11 months after our complaint, the service man came with the correct part and fixed the hinges... Fast forward, the door sits ever so slightly ajar-- possibly cause or effect of the warped hinges? Now our 12 month warranty is expired but I felt it was unfair being that it took so long and I feel like the problems are related. I called Cosmo to report the newest issue. They asked for another set of videos and pictures. I of course sent them and then NOTHING. No more communication at all. Honestly, I gave up, WHICH SUCKS!!! This gorgeous stove was a dream of mine materialized. Then the light bulbs blew. We went on the site and ordered Cosmo specific light bulbs. They blew as soon as we put them in. We thought it was the bulbs. We bought more. Same thing. Blew immediately! Now we look the other day and the seal just FELL OFF!!! THE SEAL OF THE OVEN FELL OFF!!! This oven is an expensive piece of crap. The company moves slow to help and when unhappy just stop helping. Pluses- It's a beautiful piece of equipment. Minuses- It's a piece of crap! Also, if you scrub too hard, you'll damage the finish. I had a run of the mill Whirlpool for 16 years that was still working perfectly!

Update: 12/31: Amazon made this right for us. Updating to 5 stars. This was sold and shipped by Amazon. We ordered this 10/24 and paid a premium price of $1534.99 while it now shows the price at $1277.93 as of 12/29. We were not able to have it installed until this week. The item arrived well packaged on a wooden pallet inside a sturdy box with styrofoam and wood around it to protect it. The box had no signs of damage. When the item was delivered, we removed the large box, took off the styrofoam and wood to examine the oven and saw no signs of damage. Fast forward to this week, we were able to install it and peel off all the wrapping around the stainless steel and saw that the side and front corners had several dents along with the entire side stainless steel panel being flimsy from being stretched. This would not have been noticed upon delivery unless all the sticky stainless steel wrap was peeled off. It’s apparent the damage happened at the factory as there was no damage to any of the packaging. There was also a missing screw in the back of the stove and two screws that were screwed in before the metal plate was in place which makes me question their quality control. Unfortunately, the return window has closed. Advice to future buyers, take your time and inspect every inch of the unit. Peel back all the sticky wrap on the stainless steel. It’s time consuming and the delivery driver may not be happy because they are in a hurry, but do it. If it wasn’t for the above mentioned things, I would have given this oven 5 stars.

Easy to order. First unit was dropped off the back of delivery truck and damaged. Amazon immediately sent a second unit, but the delivery men failed to pick up the first unit. Amazon threatened to charge me again, I scheduled a second pick up. As for the stove, looks great, extremely light which means it probably lacks quality, but it really looks good. Converted to LP and had to purchase a separate conversion kit. I could not read the numbers on the orfices, but eventually got the correct orfices in the right burners. Just hooked it up today and everything seems to work. Overall pleased, but will not know for sure until used for about a month. Cosmo customer service was not very responsive.

Anyone searching for a 36¨"oven that lives in an old home will know its a challenge. I searched high and low for a top of the line oven. I found this and it had all the special features I wanted as well as fit my space perfectly. I paid the extra $20 to get it put in the room of my choice. I will say delivery men almost refused because they did not think it would fit & my husband had to talk them through it & did most of the hard work. The oven come on a pallet & is very heavy. So my husband needed a neighbor to lift it off the pallet. Otherwise we did all the rest ourselves. Easy to install. And I have baked pizzas & cookies so far & I love the oven!! I love the spaces 5 burgers & the open top makes cleaning easy!! I have never had an electric oven before....MAKE SURE TO...take every pieces of plastic out & cook on high for an hour or so. THe smoke scared me until I found it online. My only complaint is that the manual doesn't give any instructions on when to use which setting on the oven. Overall, I am really happen and feel like a professional chef.

--- This is the review after using the product for 2.5 years When my wife was cooking, the door handle bolt snapped/broke. And one side of the door handle came out, where you see the RED arrow in the 2nd photo. The bolt snapped and the pressure on the other bolt (see RED arrow) caused the glass to shatter, since that bolt and nut which holds the handle was mounted right on top of the glass, it pinched the glass. (a poor engineering design) - Take a look at the size of the bolt in the 3rd photo, which is holding the door handle. If they are using such a tinny bolt, perhaps they should put 2 bolts on each side of the handle to address this issue. - The replacement door with shipping was $330. Installation was pretty easy. Since this was out of the warranty we had to pay. I would have preferred if they stay behind the product and pay for the door, since this is malfunction rather that wear and tear. We use the oven twice a month. --- Following review was when we purchased the oven less than 3 years ago, I gave it a 5 star then Five star for the price and looks. It works great. Used it for a month now and it works perfectly. No need to purchase an expensive 36” oven, get this one. Wife's happy. Poor documentation, meaning that u have to figure out how to turn on the oven. There is a light on top of a knob and we do not know what it is for. Like other high end gas ovens, it requires gas installation connection/hocks, and special electricity plug. Allow at least $600 for both a plumber and an Electricin. We had to drop a new wire to the electric box; 220v. The $200 installation from Amazon is a contractor trick. Day before installation, they sent an email that they do not do gas. They want to collect $200 to hall-way your electric oven and plug it to the wall. It is just a hall-way service.
