These shoes are so light. The soles are thicker than I expected yet quite flexible & cushiony. I am a geoundskeeper & wear these to work in. They do a great job! I don't expect them to last a great long time but at the price I paid it won't be a major problem replacing them with another pair just like them! ... show more

It's true that these shoes are soft and comfortable, but slip ons? Never. The way the heel of the shoe is structured makes it very difficult to get. The problem is that the heel is constructed with the same soft microfiber as the rest of the shoe, and it collapses and folds to the sole when trying to pull it over my heel. Even using a shoe horn is difficult and the pull tab is not large enough sufficient grip to coax the shoe over my heel. The other thing I'll mention is that this shoe is more like a moccasin in terms of arch support and support of the flat (plantar) portion of the foot.
