  • Buyer beware for now - no replacement parts and extra heat to mitigate....
Color: Black Size: RGB Style: SPEC-OMEGA
The case is beautiful and the physical construction is solid and high quality. The ability to modify colors and patterns with the iCue software adds a unique touch to your overall system build. If you have combined this case with a Corsair Mouse and Mechanical Keyboard, you can sync color waves and transitions across all your devices, which is a nice touch. Why two stars? Firstly, because it has poor air flow options. All the tempered glass adds a heat vapor barrier which bounces heat back toward your internals instead of soaking it up a bit like metal. All this glass easily added enough heat to my system that my H60 Corsair water cooler can't keep up, I'm seeing at least a 15-20c overall increase of CPU temps, so ensure you spend more than expected on a water cooler, and account for the fact you will have more heat to mitigate in your build. (Yes I did all the troubleshooting for that). While the above is a minor issue I will fix with a new water cooler or sawing a hole in the large glass side for another fan, the primary reason why I gave this two stars (for now) is the following: Pay special attention potential customers!!! Corsair can't currently provide warranty service for this product. They are selling it with the Corsair brand name you should have a high confidence in, but they have no ability to provide warranty service if something is wrong. The RGB LED strip on the front panel of my case is defective, and they have no spare parts for the RGB strips, or for the front face which is modular. If yours ends up defective, the only option they can provide is to replace that strip with a solid color one, or actually dismantle your entire rig and RMA it back to Amazon. You heard me right. The hours you spent putting it together, maybe installing other new hardware, a fresh copy of the OS..etc...all goes down the drain, not to mention the amount of time to dismantle it all while you watch the parts collect dust waiting for your RMA replacement. You simply can't pre test this RGB strip until the whole system is functional and complete, and you have installed the Corsair iCue software to program the RGB LEDs. This is completely unacceptable. Spare RGB LED strips ARE available, at the factory this case is made in. They are currently unable or unwilling to ask for a replacement for any customer who might need one. Why? I have no idea, it seems like a simple thing to do. I don't want to think that they don't care, but the customer service rep I am working with likely is limited by his boss on what he can do. ... show more

  • Easy to build in, be wary of some motherboards.
Color: Black Size: LED Style: SPEC-05
Easy to build in, but it can be incredibly difficult if not impossible to install a GPU with some motherboard combinations, and the plastic side scratches fairly easily. Other than that, the case is sexy with some RGB lights inside, it's very ways to build in, and there's room for a reasonable number of HDDs and SSDs, multiple GPUs, hefty coolers, and there's a surprising amount of space on the non-displaying side of the case for cables. The little hooks, nooks, and crannies for cable management are astoundingly useful, and make it simple to have a gorgeous build to look at. The problematic motherboard for me was the AX370 from Gigabyte, due to the placement of the HD sound unit. ... show more

  • Minimal cable management and inside space
Color: Black Size: LED Style: SPEC-05
I was building my machine with a Z370-A Pro ATX Mobo, 16 GB of Patriot Viper 2666 MHz Ram w/ heat spreaders and unfortunately found out that I could not fit my EVGA CLC 240 closed-loop water cooler in the front or top of the case. Ultimately, not a fault on the case itself just a conflict on parts not meshing well due to how the mobo and case were designed. Additionally, the case indicates that the front can house 2x 120 mm fans but unless my case had a defect, there were only 2 holes to mount an additional 120 mm fan beyond the one that was preinstalled in the case which is iffy to me. If you're using an ATX mobo and plan on having a 240 mm radiator for either a closed loop or open loop water cooling system, I'd recommend moving up to a case with more space. This case was a hassle for me as even when I just went to use 2 fans on the top of the case, the ATX size mobo I used had its 8-pin CPU power blocked from one of the top case fans due to the lack of space. Beyond the lack of space for parts inside of the case, the cable management was painful for an ATX motherboard. It was a fight to get my SATA cables plugged into my mobo and had no way to route my 8-pin CPU power from my PSU except straight across my mobo next to the case fan in the back and my CPU's heatsink & fan. Again, while I'm not fond of the case for the ATX motherboard I have, I figure it may work better with micro-ATX mobo or a different ATX mobo from another manufacturer. ... show more

  • Poorly designed

Not good. Hard drive placement makes managing cables from the PSU a nightmare. Went with an older case i had around and will be returning this.

  • Great budget case!
Color: Black Size: RGB Style: SPEC-DELTA
The media could not be loaded. My husband wanted to replace his old NZXT Phantom 410 so I looked around for a little while before stumbling upon this little gem. He wanted a black case with 3 fans in the front and RGB. Pretty easy. I moved everything over for him and I have to say some of the features in this case I don't even have in my $160 Silverstone Primera PM-01, though that is a couple years old now. The removable/adjustable hard drive bay is fantastic, though I did have to move it as far forward as possible to fit any PSU cables. This case is SMALL for a mid tower, but maybe that's the norm now. Things to keep in mind: 1.) Space. Not so much in the front but cable management in the back is a bit tight. I have extensions on the cables and there was barely enough room for me to stuff them. The bottom HDD tray was removed to cram the 24 pin cable in the open space, otherwise it never wouldn't fit. 2. The fans. Corsair sells additional ones for just $5 each on their website but as of this post they are out of stock. I replaced the front three with Deepcool RF120's and added the same to the rear. 3. Airflow. The most air comes in from the bottom fan. If you're like me and had to move the hard drive bay all the way to the front, though, it negates a lot of the benefit. That being said there's still plenty of air; I just wouldn't go crazy overclocking. I really like how clean everything looks now. I think this case has convinced me to get a Corsair when I finally replace my Primera. ... show more
