I purchased boots but they did not fit. I returned August 11 the following day the seller received the boots August 13. It showed I had to wait until August 29 to receive a credit of $215 and now I look and it saying credit will be received on September 1, this vendor does not return your credit. The boots were not worn. They were brand new. They did not fit. They were too small. They were packaged exactly the same way they were received. There should be no reason you have to wait weeks to get your refund. This is not a $20 refund. It’s a $215 refund. I should not have to wait this long as of today I’ve still not received my refund. A little pricey but I love my purchase. I have a high arch and sent back three pairs of boots because of that reason. The others were hard to get on and off and tight across the top of my foot. I got a size 9 but my regular size is an 8.5. If these came in an 8.5 wide I think they would have been a better fit for me These were easy on and off. ... show more
