Been meaning to try some of these for a while. These specifically listed that they could be used on curved surfaces, so decided to give them a try. They are solid and seem to be stuck on really well. I did challenge them by applying to a "curved surface" - the back of a mixer. This mixer has a narrower neck, so about 1/4" of the base plate sides needed to wrap around. It stuck initially, but by the next day had "flattened out" (see pic) - I'm not really surprised. Now, it is still sticking otherwise and I think will work fine. If it hadn't been advertised being able to use on a curves surface, I would have probably trimmed the edges to fit just the flat part. ... show more

Yes, it does the job it was made for. I adhered mine to metal, plastic, and wooden surfaces with no problem. My cords easily wrap around the pegs and makes countertops neater. But they are so huge its unsightly, like, I wish it was just a smidge smaller.

This is a clever idea and a great way to manage cords for your mixer or other kitchen appliances. It's a little difficult figuring out where to place this if you have covers that go over your appliance so as not to interfere, but that is just something to be aware of. These are advertised as being for kitchen appliances, and are wide enough to handle the more heavy duty cords, but that's not I ordered them for. I have a number of smaller items, especially my new WaterPik, that I wanted to deal with their messy power cords and one of these is working perfectly. Just pull the backing off, attach to the appliance, and you're ready to go. Look, it's an extension cord organizer with no moving parts, so it really comes down to two things for me. Is it a good size? Yes. It's large. It will probably be too bulky for smaller appliances, but it works great on my larger items that have long cords. Does it have good adhesive? Yes. I have several appliances with long annoying cords that constantly take up space. These adhesive cord tamers are awesome! The adhesion on mine work perfectly. They are easy to use. And customizable. I had a blender with a crevice in the back so I was able to cut the black one on each side so that it fit perfectly into the space and worked for the blender (see image).
