(TLDR: this bag is awesome and definitely a worthy travel investment!) Construction: It is incredibly well constructed and I had zero issues with any zippers, straps, buckles, etc. while traveling! Size: I had this sucker packed to the brim (and trust me it holds a LOT of stuff!!!) and it still slid under the seat in front of me, and then I also used it as a foot stool of sorts while I was sleeping on the plane! I am not sure about some of the other carriers like Ryan Air/KLM as far as the size requirements go, but I did take it on the plane with me as a personal item from England to Germany with no issues. Comfort: The straps are super comfortable, very adjustable, and very supportive as well. It has a chest strap and a nice thick padding around the lumbar area, which was very helpful while carting it through the airport. We also basically backpacked across England and for the most part had our luggage with us at all times so I was wearing it almost constantly. It only got heavy/uncomfortable by the very end of the day and otherwise didn't give me any problems. Security: I used the side buckles to secure the zippers closed (I zipped all the zippers down on to the bottom of one side, and once you click that buckle shut, you cannot unzip it and they are hard to unclip, so I would have noticed if anyone was messing with it!) Also the zippers on the front of the backpack are hidden and difficult to get to if you're trying to be sneaky. (Although, I'm not a pick pocket so what do I know??) Capacity: In this bag I carried all of my toiletries, my blanket scarf, a pair of shoes, all of my in-flight entertainment (books, kindle, crossword, etc), my laptop (it has a special secure/padded pocket for that), snacks galore, my travel pillow, a set of pajamas and a set of clothes, and my purse. If you are going on a weekend trip (specifically to the beach) you could easily use this for your luggage and have everything you need. FINALLY! And this was an unexpected bonus - after traveling and hauling this bag all over Germany and England, it was filthy! So, I took my chances, emptied it completely out, unzipped and unbuckled everything, and threw it in the washing machine. Came out perfectly fine and good as new. I hung it to dry and it was in perfect shape. I mean - what more can you ask for!

Bought this backpack hoping for a 3/5 stars experience to bring along some necessities and a change of clothes in case my checked luggage gets lost. This backpack somehow bends the rules of physics to fit several outfits (warm-ish weather), a pair of shoes, carry-on toiletries, and a few personal items. All of the compartments are really well designed (wet bag, shoe bag, small pockets, zip pockets), including a pocket in the back cushion that is good for anti-theft. I’ve taken this on three trips so far and the zippers and stitching are holding fast despite pushing it to its limits on an international trip. When traveling short distances for the weekend, this is now the only back I bring. It fits about 3 pairs of pants, 4-5 lightweight shirts, socks/underwear, and a slim pair of shoes. I also bring a full TSA bag of skincare and a makeup bag. I’ve tried a compression bag, rolling, and doing the Konmari method for clothes; Konmari fits the most. It does fit under the seat no problem on an airline like Alaska. On smaller under-seat airlines it fits but don’t pack it too full! 5/5; recommended to several friends.

I used the Queen pillow for size ref in photos. I bought this with the intention of it being my daily bag because I don't like purses. I also wanted to have access to a few more things than my pockets would allow for. In the back of my head I also planned for it to be my bug out bag :P The first draw was that it's water proof which is something I was looking for because a good deal of my stuff is electronic or related cause, well, nerd. Gotta keep it safe! And it does! I've back through both heavy rain and snow and my things got cold but never wet, and considering its been regularly between 0F-32F this winter and I live in a concrete basement I was happy that the cold was all I was fighting in this case. Durability was my next concern and when I got my bag it ripped at the zipper seam the first week, but the seller was very polite and speedy about sending me a replacement and I haven't had any problems with the second one. I love how the bag is thought out honestly and the compression buckles help a bunch. The only thing that I'm not really into is the charging slot on the side but I just don't use it so no big deal. I'd rather leave my charging tech inside the bag so I'll leave it alone to charge faster lol. It's very rare to find a color so close to my favorite green so happiness achieved! I also can fit my whole life in there save for my pillow because it's heckin chonky, but that's fine, I made that choice.

I use this backpack as a carry on and it fits way more than I expected! The waterproof compartment for the shoes is extra nice...I threw my water shoes and a pair of sandals I use on the beach and it was nice to be able to wipe it out with no worries. I do wish there was a better side pocket for a water bottle (I used it for a travel umbrella instead). My biggest 'complaint' would be the straps are very long if you don't have the bag super full and one got caught in the security conveyor belt. I tied the extra straps in a knot so that didn't happen again. Overall I would buy this again!

This backpackbag is really good to go on those affordable airline flights that won’t allow a carry-on without charging. I got the “Large” size, I’m 4’11 and wasn’t too big or too small fitting all that I need it for a 4 days trip to Las Vegas including toiletries, my Birkenstock sandals, water bottle, two dresses, one short, two T-shirts , snacks, & laptop! Forgot to bring pijamas which I end buying a set & two more pieces of clothing that fitted perfectly. Although the bag comes folded in a huge box, once you opened it, takes shapes & it's ready to go with whatever you need it. Those that have given a review may not have much experience with traveling bags when mentioning the bag is worthless when arriving package as folded!!! My has had not problem with keeping the shape since I got it, doesn't fold back in half, 🙄
