I purchased this and one other other bra for my post-op breast lift bra. I went back and purchased a second of this one to make sure i have a clean one. My surgery is in 2 months. I'll update if any issues post-op but I tried it on and seems perfect. It has good support and compression without feeling too tight. It's still very comfortable. It feels very high quality for the the price. There are little hooks inside to prevent the zipper from coming undone if it's tight. I'm 5'1 122lbs 34b and purchad a medium, fits perfect but if my breast were larger I'd definitely need to size up. ... show more

You have to really know your measurements. I’m a true 34 size band and DD so based on some of the reviews, I went with a large. I should have followed the chart and gotten a medium. It works for anything low impact, but for running or similar- the band (which is what gives some of the support needed) is just not snug at all. ... show more

This is not easy to put on but will be easy to take off. I wear a 38DD and got the XL. I wore it to work and th zipper stayed out. Make sure to put it in the downward position to lock the zipper. Very comfy and keeps me in good posture.
