Let me tell you that this product has gone beyond my expectations, looks great, not very big, and the thing I love are indicators for everything, it indicates fan speed, led options with separate buttons, and by color whether your control is being charged or if is ready to use. Just in case, the hub usb is not included, that is another accessory I purchased. The only thing I do not really like, or actually I expected more, is the light color, specifically the rainbow effect, is extremely "poor", and not even close to what it looks in the product's website. I love how easy it was to get it set up with the system. The lights are fun and the fan, even on the highest setting, is still fairly quiet. I was excited about the rechargeable batteries until I found out they don't work with the controllers that come with the system. Usually my console run hot, but this actually keeps the temperature down. That and look at them lights. Big bonus on this and love how high of the ground it is. Only flaw that's fixable is its only snug when in the stand. But nothing to major to rig lol.

We set it up for our Xbox S. We had the fan on the highest setting and the Xbox still overheated. We double checked and everything was plugged in properly. We checked the fan several times because we thought maybe it wasn’t on the highest setting and it was. The PlayStation stand on the other hand is flawless and has slots to put your hard copy games too. I’ll be leaving that one a great review. This stand gave me a meh experience. Nothing special. But I gave 3 stars and not 2 because it does secure the Xbox really well and charges the controllers well. It’s also not hard to put together and it has a nice aesthetic. It still sits on the TV shelf level lower than our PS5 and it’s stand though 🤣 ... show more

This cooling station is perfect. If you spend several hours playing, the fan really keeps your console cool. Those things can get hot, quick. I love that it came with 2 rechargeable battery packs for my controllers. It is super handy to just throw them on the station and have them charge when you are done. I also love the headset holder that keeps all of your stuff right there together. I also love the lights option. There is a small button on the bottom of the station to where you can put a certain color light show, or make it mutli-color light show. Just a neat little add on :) I am gifting my nephew an xbox for Christmas, this will absolutely be purchased for him also. It really is a must have. ... show more

Hey all. I bought this having just got an Xbox Series S. In case know one knows, the new controllers have the USB-C ports now, not the old micro usb. The battery and cover on the left will work with a stand alone charger, but not with this. You will need the the original controller cover, like the one on the right. It took me a while to figure this out. Eventually, I tried it without the cover and it worked. I then tried it with the cover on the left. No go.
