This tracksuit is better than your average tracksuit. Its high quality, well made. I've gotten multiple things from Coofandy before and I trust their brand. They know how to cut and make good clothing. I wore this tracksuit both for leisurewear around the house and also for working out. I like it for both. Its good for a workout, as its loose enough and not too hot. You could definitely use for athletic events. I actually think I will be using this one more for leisurewear, because it looks rather nice. Its a tracksuit, so its casual, but its slightly less casual than others, because they cut the seams nice and made it look good. When I got it, I pretty much wore it constantly for the entire weekend. Its comfortable, and looks good. Its 97% polyester and 3% spandex. Since its synthetic material, it's not quite as comfortable against the skin like cotton is. I am 5'8" and 190 lbs and ordered size large. I am pleased with the size, it fit me fine. I'm a little bit short and on the hefty size which is why I went with a large. I found the arms and legs to be a bit long for me, but the fit was good. If you are about 5'8" or within a few inches, I might recommend a medium instead so that the arms and legs aren't too long (unless you need a size up due to weight like me).

This is my own fault, as I didn't read enough to notice it said it was 97% polyester and 3% spandex. My skin just does not appreciate this combination. In addition, it seems like the cuffs are a bit small based on the size of the rest of the garment, which again is not something I personally enjoy.

I just love this Dark Grey color, maybe it's my favorite color of the month or something but these look nice with a little shine to the smooth fabric, not too thick or stuffy to wear either. I was a little hesitant at first when ordering this tracksuit since it's made of 97% Polyester but the 3% Spandex got me :). Also, I had some bad experiences with the ZigZag stitchings along the inner legs, they irritate my skin like crazy. I know I have sensitive skin but not sure what type of threads they were using to stitch those pants or shirts, why couldn't they have used some softer, skin-friendly threads instead like this tracksuit, SMH. Sorry for the rant, but luckily no such skin irritation with these pants so I don't need to wear longer shorts underneath them :). The top is also fine and I always wear a Cotton T-shirt underneath anyway. As far as fit, looking at the measurement chart on the product page, I am in between sizes M and L but went with size L, my regular size instead knowing the pants and top are a little longer than my size 30L but they are not too bad with the help of elastic waist and ankle bands to keep me from dragging the hems along the floor. They do look a little bit oversized initially but after trying them on, they don't look too bad on me :). Nice 1/4 metal zipper with a Faux Leather puller, easy enough to zip up or down I am still happy with this tracksuit in either size, love the 1/4 zip style, and NO irritating ZigZag stitchings with harsh threads on the fabric. Easy to wash or dry but I will probably use a low-heat tumble dry just in case of the Faux Leather zipper puller, I am sure it will be fine though.
