The box had been ripped up from a previous return. The Converse label patches were sewn to the inside ankles, which I had corrected at a shoe repair shop, by paying to have the labels removed and replaced to the outer shoe sides! They are comfortable and I enjoy wearing them.

The box was damaged not a big deal to us, there was a few black scruff marks but also not a big deal clean able but we had to return because they were way to big for her. I'm so glad I decided to let her try them on they were suppose to be a christmas gift
