I wear a women's size 11 USA. The chart that displays the size ratio of Converse men's to women's says a men's 8 equals a woman's 10. I read the previous reviews about how these shoes run large so I opted for the size 8 men's and they are actually a little long. The width is o.k. but I wish they were a quarter of an inch or so shorter, but they still fit well enough. I have a pair of Converse shoes just like these except white, and underneath the tongue it says it's a men's 8 and they fit perfectly so I was a little surprised that these were on the long side. I've always loved the classic Converse tennis shoe whether it's a high top or low top. I recently purchased the black low top and like I said earlier, it fits well enough except for being a little too long in the toe. The good thing about that though, is that I'll never have to worry about my toes getting crunched when walking down steep inclines. I don't know about men's sizes, but if you are buying a pair of these shoes for a woman, it might be a real good idea to go down a size from what she normally wears in other shoes.

MAKE SURE TO READ THE DESCRIPTION! I bought these for my daughter's dance and in a rush to purchase them, I believed them to be high tops. Clearly based on the description, they are LOW TOPS so just be aware. :)
