i originally got my true size, size 7 and i found they were a bit snug so i sent them back and ordered them again. i got them a second time and they were the original all stars, not the all star 70s that i ordered. i sent those back and then ordered the all star 70s in 7.5 and finally got them today! the process sucked but i really wanted a good pair of sneakers lol ... show more

I have been wearing Chuck Taylors for thirty five years. These are by far the worst quality of work that I've ever bought and they're going back! They have pointy toes why I don't know. I compared them to my twenty five other pairs that don't have pointy toes! And the black trim work sits up so high across the toe It looks ridiculous and it's a bumpy mess all the way around. In the pictures, the purple are the ones. I'm returning that are badly made compared to the orange no-name pair sitting next to them, And the orange are far superior in workmanship at half or a quarter of the price! Just really badly done. The fabric of the shoe is rough, the laces are sturdy making the shoe hold it’s own. Comparing to a pair of converse I’ve purchased from famous footwear, these are night and day between the two. I am undoubtedly purchasing a few more in different color ways.
