I bought these to replace my 12 year old pair that finally gave up the ghost. Sad to say, due to my work, I don't get to wear them very often but today was a special day. It also rained for the first time in many months today and imagine my surprise when I realized my socks were getting wet while I walked 20 feet from my car to the office. Turns out the rubber between the sole and the side of the show had failed in several places on both shoes. I spent hours in wet socks. In the past I bought my chucks directly from converse, I thought it would be simpler to buy from amazon, but now I fear I got some knock-off brand. I am very disappointed cuz these aren't cheap. I won't be buying them from amazon ever again.

I got this pair in maroon. They are very cute especially with skinny jeans, leggings, etc. I normally wear a size 7.5-8 in women's, so, ordered a size 5 in mens. Fit perfect. Glad I read the other reviewers in regards to the shoe runs about a size large. Took forever to get them though. But happy with purchase and love the wine/maroon color. Too cute!

Nice shoe. A little big (I got the women 8/ men 6). The measuring instruction said to measure your actual foot by standing on a piece of paper and marking where the end of your big toe is and also marking where your heel ends. I got 9 1/2 inches which translated to an 8 women/ 6 men. I suggest sizing DOWN half a size after you take your actual foot measurement.

Bought these for Epilepsy Awareness Month. Specifically Purple Day. Color was perfect. Purple was hard to find at this great price. They're Chuck's so I'm not sure what I can say that you wouldn't already know. This is a quality product. Not a fake. Fit as expected. Came quickly. No damage. I would recommend getting a size smaller than you normally wear. For example in womens I normally wear a size 8 but in these I had to get a womens 7 which is a mens 5. The material is good they fit really well the only issue I had was the first time I put them on one of the metal things fell off the side and I couldn't get it back on I placed a picture to show what I'm talking about but other than that I love them. (Also I wore them a few times before taking the pictures they didn't look exactly like them when I hot them)

Converse shoes run big. I ordered a half size down. Converse also runs narrow so although they fit me in the length, they were slightly too narrow and I have narrow feet. The first few weeks they were rubbing the sides of my feet sore but it’s getting a lot better now that they are more broken in. I am obsessed with the way they look. I’ve been wearing these every single day since I got them. They look so cool! Beware they don’t have much support though.

In the same month, I bought two pair of (supposedly) the same Converse shoes. Yellow from a Converse store and this red pair from Amazon. The red pair has MUCH thinner canvas, and is a crude fit, especially in the heel. They’re trash and I’m giving them to Goodwill.
