Classic shoes that don't go out of style

The chuck taylor high tops are a classic shoe for a reason. They have a distinct look, are simple, good for most any style or look and they honestly aren't crazy expensive the way some other shoes can be. I didn't want to buy a cheap imitation or an off brand shoe that clearly is biting from this style but might fall apart within 2 months. I wanted the real shoe. These are every bit the shoe you know it is and worth every penny. I had to wait because there were issues with it being in stock, I got the regular black and white shoe. I checked every other day when it would be available and it must've been about a month before it finally was available and then I had to wait almost a week for it to ship so there might not be 2 day shipping available for this shoe. The wait was worth it. I ordered a size 9 and it didn't run large or small, it fit perfectly. No issues with feet pain, nothing falling apart, just a good shoe for 50/60 bucks that is worth the money.

Classic Style, Timeless Look, But Not Built for Comfort

The Converse Chuck Taylor All Star High Top are one of those shoes that never really go out of style. They have that clean, iconic look that works with almost anything, jeans, shorts, casual wear, even dressed-up streetwear. The high-top design still has that old-school vintage feel that makes them stand out decades later. Build quality is decent for a lightweight canvas shoe, and they’re easy to throw on for everyday casual use. They also come in a ton of colors and styles, which is a huge plus. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is comfort and support. If you’re on your feet all day, you’ll definitely notice the lack of cushioning and arch support compared to modern sneakers. They can also feel narrow for some people, especially during long wear. Overall, the Converse Chuck Taylor All Star High Top are still a solid, timeless sneaker with legendary style, just not the best choice if comfort is your top priority. On a more personal note they gave me wicked blisters on the pad of my feet near the toes, when they popped my new Chucks were full of blood. I'm currently writing this while soaking my blisters in epson salt and hot water.

Comfortable and true to size. Great shoes, but mine shipped without an outer protective box.
The shoes fit true to size and were comfortable right out of the box. They look great and feel good on my feet. The only thing other customers should know is that mine arrived in the original Converse shoebox with the shipping label stuck directly to the box instead of being packed inside another shipping box. Thankfully, the label peeled off cleanly and the shoes weren’t damaged.

Personally I would stick to your ACTUAL size unless you have narrow feet
Size: 10.5 Women/8.5 Men

They are great and actually more comfortable and cushioned than I remember my last pair being 15 years ago. However I kinda wish I had ignored those saying to order a half size down. My feet are not technically wide (I was professionally measured this year as 8.9D American size) but I have a mild/moderate bunion on one foot and with my toe spacer on I can feel my little toe a bit crammed in to the side. I ordered the 8.5. I usually wear 9.5 for running shoes since those are supposed to be spacious to account for swelling on long distances. I bought these for weightlifting, though I would've liked to wear them as casual sneakers on occasion. I am not sure if I'll exchange for a 9 or not. They will probably be okay to wear a couple hours at a time but I wouldn't want to be on my feet all day in them.
