I could have gotten 8.5 but room for thick socks is okay. Good traction. I rock them with dress, shorts , capris, just about anything. Might get them in another color….

These are by far my favorite pair of converse. So cushy, and they have enough support to walk around the whole day. I work on my feet most of my 14 hour workday, and these don’t fail me. Ever. Get them. Know your size though. I find that converse run like sketchers, 1/2 a size shorter. I wear 8 for most closed toe shoes, and bought 8.5 (womens). I do like my shoes roomy.

Straight out of the box comfortable. When I first started to walk around the house in the shoes, they squeaked. I imagine it was the newness of the soles. But, after wearing them outside, they don’t anymore. I wear a size women 6 but I ordered up 6.5 equals a size 5. The toe box is a little more pointy than the Women’s Chuck Taylor in my size. Overall, they are cute and well cushioned.
