    • Take size advice with a grain of salt. However, these are great weightlifting shoes.

Same old chucks but for a good price, under 40 dollars. SOMEWHERE, on a Chucks page on Amazon, it was recommended to buy shoes a half size too small. I dimly remembered Chucks being big when I was younger. Well, though sizes are relative for everyone, I found this to be a bad move. I am using Chucks for weightlifting so I will just cram my feet in these, and they are great shoes, but if you see that advice on Amazon, take it with a grain of salt! Three stars for that advice, which has nothing to do with the product. They are great weightlifting shoes, by the way, because they are completely flat. It encourages the whole foot to press off the floor when performing squats, deadlifts, and other heavy standing workouts (I just do those two, actually). ... show more

They were good quality shoes but I bought the wrong size. Return went well, no issues there. I would say if you have a more than average width for a foot, you may want to go with a medium or wide, as they were very narrow (normal for Chuck Taylors).
