Jack Purcell sneakers are my absolute favorite and go to! This order replaces the ones I bought 15 years ago! I wore them out! I don’t recommend washing them as the rubber can begin to separate from the canvas. But this happened after a 3rd washing in 15 years. I was a little hesitant to buy Converse from an Amazon retailer because of negative reviews saying they are fakes. Don’t let the negative reviews sway your purchase decision. I compared these to my other pairs that I bought in store and aside from color of the canvas they are the same. (I bought pink ones on Amazon and my previous pairs are black and light aqua.) They have the same detailing and fit just like my other pairs. However, you will need to pay attention to the sizing because these are in men’s sizes. I wear an 11 in Women’s shoes and bought them in men’s size 9 and the fit is perfect for me. these shoes are advertised as leather in the header but in the fine print they say that the fabric type is canvas. If you want leather Jack Purcells that last a lot longer than the canvas ones, you won't be getting them from this add!
