These were super cute and versatile. They can go with dressing up or down. I bought them for my 14 yo daughter as a gift. She loved them. The zipper did break about 8 months after wearing. The zipper needs to be more durable. Other than the zipper the material is exactly what you expect from the converse brand which is comfort and durability. They were true to size for converse which always tend to run a tad big. If you are not familiar with the brand I will add that they are not known for their arch support. If that is something require then consider purchasing some insoles. I still give it 4 stars. If the zipper hadn’t broken so soon I would’ve given it 5+ stars and the shoes would likely have lasted years. I would still recommend this to other buyers but with the warning of being easy on the zipper. I will say that the zipper could very be a user error of a teenage girl. The laces are functional all the way to the top so the fit around the calf area is adjustable which is great for anyone with smaller or larger calves. ... show more
