I wanted to downsize my wristlet as I've been carrying one that fits my phone in it - but I literally never carry my phone in it! I wanted something that was wristlet so I can have my hands free, and still have room for credit cards and change. This wallet fit the bill, and the unique style of the leaf closure had me at hello! I like that the wallet can be closed on two different snaps depending on how full you have it. There are so many pockets that I haven't even found them all - was traveling over the holidays and kept finding more places to stash stuff! The ID slot seems a bit small, and I'm nervous the strap that holds the wrist strap to the wallet seems a bit tenuous (it's just a small cord, and a totally different material than anything the wallet is made of, so it sticks out to me), but those seem to be my only complaints after using this a few months on a regular basis. First off, this would make a great gift, as it arrives ready to be gifted -- in a cute box with a ribbon on it, and inside it is in a nice organza bag. The Peacock Blue is a great, deep color, and the light grey stitching contrasts nicely. That stitching looks solid and even. The leaf design is a fun touch, and that tab gives you two options for snapping the wallet shut. I crammed a lot of stuff into mine, and it is still comfortable at the smaller size. The zipper on the coin purse was a bit stiff initially, but after just a week of using the wallet, it is much better. I have something in every card slot, and I've taken all of those in and out a couple of times for purposes of this review, and that has been easy to do. I love having two window slots, though the positioning isn't great. My driver's license sits in one, and the border cuts right through the photo, and it covers up the year on my date of birth and license expiration, plus covering half of the driver's license number. It's not like I'm carded frequently or anything, so it doesn't truly matter for me, but I can see that getting annoying if you do need to show your ID often. I love having two money slots. Right now, I have my cash in one, and I've been doing some things for my son as he gets ready to head off for college. So the second slot is cash of his, which we'll use to buy books next Saturday and then I will give him whatever is left. Then I'll be able to make use of it for myself. I'm thinking that having a slot for my "fun money" will serve a bit like the envelope system and help me to budget those little splurges. I love this wallet, and my 16-year-old daughter does too. She and I don't often agree on this kind of thing. ... show more

I got this for myself but if your thinking gift get it because the thought placed into just the packaging was enough to convice me that this was a great selection when it came to building a wallet collection. I've been a tomboy most of my life so wallets for me have been those card holders inside a backpack for the most part with an occasional purse. Let's just say my BFF of years was surprised when she seen me carrying an actual purse and wallet lol. Anywho forget gift wrapping because they have you covered this came in a beautiful pink box with a bow on the outside. Inside the wallet is in a little pink mesh bag tied closed and a tissue over the wallet itself. The wallet is so nicely made and great to throw in any bag I mean a clutch size purse it might be a little large but outside of that I think any style bag this works and it makes you look put together too. The detailing, the material, the look and feel of the wallet all speak quality made I have not been impressed with something like this in awhile. For me its all about presentation and let me tell you the sellers killed it with that. I felt like I was being gifted with something that I got for myself. When it comes to compartments this wallet has you covered I believe if I am correct off the top of my head it holds about 12 cards which is more than enough room for me. 2 of the holders are see thru ones like for you ID and then it has 2 bill compartments for money or reciepts. A change compartment I use for my keys and little other stash compartments with that I think about 4.
