I am a gym rat, moderate weight for speed and endurance. 5’9ish closer to 5’10. 205 lbs. I have a large chest, large back, large arms, and a flat stomach. Medium shirts fit me but lack full range of motion. This is a large and fits almost perfect, loose on the stomach. People reviewing stating it has long sleeves are correct, I barely make it, thank goodness for the wrist straps. It’s not loose on the arms due to working out. I can grab my opposite lat and not feel restricted. I might fit a medium but it might be limit mobility. Overall good. Knee protection from scrapes. This thing is great. Condor has really come a long way since I first got a hold of some of their products back in 2005. My ONLY complaint is that the color march between this patrol fleece, and the combat shirts is slightly off... other than that it's great!

I am 216 lbs and wear 44' shirts and bought a large according to the size chart which ran a little big for my liking. So take the advice of mine and other customers, take a size smaller than what the size chart says. Overall decent shirt! the sleeve is slightly longer than expected (i wear a large) but it's not an issue. it's better for it be larger than smaller. the quality is unexpectedly good. there is an insert on the elbow portion (wish i had padding to put in it). i fell hard face forward on my elbows on concrete (playing airsoft) and there was no damage to the shirt, but my right elbow was a bloody mess. i wish it came in RealTree/Mossy Oak pattern. ... show more
