The bristles on the brush are flexible and feel similar to a shampoo hair plastic brush, the kind that have a finger loop. I was afraid they would be too hard or not work for densely curled hair, but no it works well. The water is where you need it right where the brush is. This really helps when shampooing someone else's hair in the shower because before this I felt like I needed a 3rd hand, 1 for my grandma's head, 1 for the shower hose, and 1 for the brush. This has really helped make the shower/shampoo go quicker, and the faster the better. I would recommend it to anyone. BTW I only used the shower head brush part. It was a quick install for me, but I do plan on adding the other part soon so I will update. ... show more

I love this showerhead set, best showerhead I've ever bought & I've bought a couple in my life. I don't particular like really strong or high pressure heads because the water just bounces off my skin and it hurts as well. This one is perfect, just the right pressure for me. When it comes to the detangling brush I like that too. Glides through my hair but I think it does kind of rip my hair out a little. I had a little more hair come out as usual but does get down to my scalp which I like. ... show more

My wife wanted this for the hair brush attachment. She says it works good and she likes it. The installation: The instructions are backwards for the hose. I installed it as per the instructions and the water didn't come out of the hose. Why? I removed it and noticed the check valve was at the wrong end even though I followed the instructions exactly. So I reversed the hose, problem solved. I honestly don't know why someone decided this hose needs a check valve, makes no sense to me. The shower head: You know regular use, you don't want to get hit with cold water when you get in the shower so you move the head around. Well after about five months of use, the shower head broke off on the swivel. Why? It's cheap plastic. From day one it seemed a little tight moving it around and never really "broke-in." And one day, oh it broke. I went out to the local hardware store and bought a new shower head and kept all the other parts. By the way the diverter is plastic so I would use caution when tightening, if you do decide to buy this. They should just sell the brush attachment, seems to be a standard size. ... show more

Works great! Easy to install! For the ladies who use a hairbrush to rinse their hair out or spread the conditioner; the brush attachment works wonders. For my fellow depressed peers. When showering is overwhelming, think of it as: I’m just brushing my hair in the shower. Works great!

I love the conceptof this brush. Comes with 4 settings, including a low water setting for using the brush. The bristles are made of silicone and are gentle on the scalp. However i recommend not hanging the brush up after use. Its best to let it dangle and let the water drain out first.

I have 4c/b mix hair and the only way I could get this to work is if I submerge my head under water while using the shower head. That takes time and patience (ended up pulling out a lot of hair while rushing) and a desire to sit in dirty hair water while you detangle. Lol also if you do get it go from root to tip, but I wouldn't recommend for my curly headed girls. ... show more

I order it especially for my daughter she's five and she has curly hair and heats shower time The showerhead helped with Dtangleto her hair and massaging her scalp the only problem we have is the water pressure we used to have great water pressure in the shower that not the case anymore
