Improved vertical elasticity also improves comfort and fit. Worn before exercise, the sleeve boosts blood circulation and prepares the muscles and head for the effort. During training or running, the sleeve reduces muscle oscillations to reduce muscle injury and fatigue while reducing pain and lactic acid accumulation. The fabric dries quickly and its seamless design prevents friction. The small tab at the knee reduces impact and discomfort in this area when riding down trails or hammering the asphalt.
