We had the LG version of this for five years before the bearings went out, probably because we were running it continuously and overfilling, but we also had to replace its drain pump three times during that period. This machine is worlds better. It takes maybe slightly longer to finish a wash-dry load but it’s worth it for all the ways in which it beats the LG design. It’s a smaller outer “shell” but the interior holds just as much. It can handle 13 lbs of laundry on the wash-dry cycle, or 26 pounds of just wash laundry, which I sometimes do and then hang part of it dry. I bought a $16 electric scale to keep nearby which I weigh my laundry on to ensure I don’t burn this machine out. 13 pounds is a solid load of laundry! Clothes come out dryer and softer than with the LG. There’s a cool touch panel which I didn’t initially realize and that’s where you adjust the heat settings of the dryer and the delay option, which I use when I feel like loading the machine during the day in summertime. I set it for evening or night to cut down on energy usage (appliances heat the house up if you run them during the day). Yes it takes a long time to complete its wash-dry cycle, but just throw in a load before bed and wake up to clean clothes. Magic! My husband has ADHD and this machine is a great hack for him forgetting to switch the wet clothes over to the dryer. I also appreciate that we don’t have to walk down to the basement, because this is ventless and runs on a regular outlet so we just stuck it in the hallway closet by all our bedrooms. We also have a big floofy dog and this does much better than the LG at getting his hair off of our clothes. For me this has been a Jetson robot, “I live in the future” experience and I can’t say enough good things about Comfees engineering! And the price was even hundreds lower than the LG.

Warning, do your research before purchasing this Washer/Dryer Combo. We purchased this unit for our RV and after installing it we immediately noticed it shook the entire RV during the wash cycle. Dishes where rattling, items were falling of the counters and shelfs. Yes, we removed the shipping bolts from the rear as instructed. This unit might do better on a concrete floor, but for an RV I wouldn’t recommend it, unless you don’t mind the shaking and items falling and rattling while washing. Not to forget the weight of this unit. It is fitted with concrete balancers; hence it weighs a ton. Well, this went on for 12 months until this unit abruptly stopped working. The unit would power up but the washer or dryer would not cycle, nothing. It appears something electronically has failed. We tried all the troubleshooting fixes in the owner’s manual with no results. Sense the one-year warranty had just elapsed, we turned to the extended warranty we purchased with this unit. Allstate Protection Plan stated no problem, have an appliance repair shop make the needed repairs and we will reimburse you for the cost. Were living in our RV while we were having a new home built north of Portland, Oregon in southwest Washington State. We spent several days calling appliance shops from Portland Oregon to Seattle Washington. No one will work on a Comfee appliance (aka Media), we even offered to deliver it to them and forgo a service call. Called Comfee customer support and they recommend several local venders, but they all said no. I recontacted Allstate (aka Square Trade) explaining my situation and that I was unable to find any venders who would work on this unit. They took my information and a day later offered to reimburse the cost of the unit in full. What I learned, unfortunately after the fact was, this unit is popular in Asia and Europe, but has no to little service or parts network in the US. So, if you decide to take a chance and buy this unit, buy the extended warranty, it was the best decision we made. Good luck

Nice little machine, cleans clothes well, not too loud. Now for the big thing they don't tell you..this thing uses water in the dry cycle, lots of water. Water cools the condenser part of the dryer and after some research I find it could use up to 50 gallons to dry one load. Hum, don't see that in the ads do you. You may save on electricity but you make up for it in water usage.

Bought for camper. Awesome that it’s 110V. Easy to set up and ventless! Does take a while to dry but expected. Does a great job! Edit: Had this machine running non stop for a year and was awesome! Unfortunately the heating element went out it seems but I also have two Akitas that shed heavily. Highly suggest cleaning the condenser area biweekly/monthly to keep it going longer.

It has been 7 whole months and it has stopped working. We called customer support in December, they gave us a laundry list of things that we had to provide them. We provided everything they requested because it began leaking. We did not hear back from them. The other day, the water pump stopped working, again we had to provide the same laundry list. I threatened to put a bad review for their product and lo and behold a tech showed up the NEXT day! He tells me, it’s not broken the pump just got jammed. So he tells me, it’s fixed. He leaves and I run the first load, nope, it’s still not fixed…. We ended up ordering another washer/dryer from somewhere else. I will NEVER order this ever again. The customer service is the worst. The washer/dryer seems convenient until you put on your first load and understand that it takes 6 hours to do a complete load. It does not dry like a conventional dryer, it takes 4 hours to do a dry cycle. You do not need a vent, but that is the only convenient thing about this machine. I cannot believe we are out $1,000 now. Save your money and waste it on a pool. It would be a little more fun, but way more quicker and probably have a better customer satisfaction. UPDATE: after multiple calls to customer service they are sending us a refund due to technical help being unavailable to come out and fix the washer. THAT is the ONLY reason I am updating my review to three stars.
