Love these boots, but my shins hate them...

I love how these boots look and feel, except when I got to walk in them. They are quite stiff, so they actually hurt my inside shins, if that makes sense. It feels like they are bruised. I will add though, that after I walk in them for 15min or so, the pain disappears, so kind of weird. The only thin
g I can think of is that my legs are skinny, and maybe they aren't tight enough, so my legs move around in them too much. I could tie them tighter, but I don't like that. Anyway, overall they work. My feet are always cold, and they didn't keep them warm in 30 degree weather, but that's more me than the boots. I don't think there exists a pair of boots that would keep my feet warm in winter weather, lol.

Survived glacier hike in Iceland

Needed a pair of waterproof boots to hike in Iceland, but stylish enough to be seen in NYC for a 2 week vacation. I wore them EVERYDAY! I did not slip once on any of the slick rocks surrounding waterfalls in Iceland. During my glacier hike I needed to place spikes on the boots which fit. I walked thr
ough puddles of water on the hike and my feet never got wet once. My feet never got cold even when hunting for the northern lights at midnight (I did use 1 pair of thermal/wool socks). I walked 20,000+ steps a day in NYC including walking the Brooklyn bridge…..twice and did not have any feet issues. Was even complimented on my boots in NYC. Best purchase for my 2 week vacation! I’m a 8.5 Wide and bought 8.5 Wide with enough room in toe box with wool socks and No sliding around inside the boot. Able to tie laces tighter for a more stable fit.

So comfortable and water-resistant

I went to Lake Michigan and got too close while looking at the rocks. The wave came up on our feet. Water just ran off my boots! My feet stayed dry! I'm not going to treat them like swim shoes, but it makes me feel good about shoveling the driveway in a blizzard this winter. I love warm, dry feet!

I bought a pair of these in 2020, and they are still going strong! Absolutely the most comfortable winter boots I have ever had. Warm, but not sweaty, lightweight, they have walked many, many miles with me and my dog in all kinds of winter weather. I will definitely buy another pair of these!

Botas de invierno súper abrigadas pero sobre todo súper cómodas. Ideal para caminar largos trayectos. Son impermeables y súper calentitas. Se puede usar en la nieve así como también en la ciudad a bajas temperaturas. Los pies siempre calentitos y confortables. no son rígidas en absoluto y se adaptan
a un jean o un nuevo pantalón de sky. Se ajustan por cordón así que no importa si tenes empeine alto o bajo. El talle es tal cual, yo compre Medio punto más por miedo a que me apretaran 2 medias, pero son tan abrigadas que con una media comun funcionan de maravilla! Other reviews talked about these feeling boxy or having a weird toe. I think it's just 100% necessary to size up. They are heavy, which I consider a plus as they were super warm and sturdy. Surprisingly comfortable once you get out in the snow with them.

I bought these boots for a winter trip to the Tetons so haven't worn them yet. Got 1/2 size larger than normal to accommodate heavy socks. I generally have very good luck with the Columbia brand so expect the same from my most recent purchase.

I like the color and contrast fur lining on the top seam of the boot. Flexable above the ankles. Warm and allows room for heavy socks with enough room to wiggle my toes. Color goes well with my faded jeans. So far these are what I was looking for.
