Sizing seems spot on. The quality is great and expected from a more expensive Columbia product. The inner lining is fully removeable and embroidered with the Columbia logo. It is very comfortable and well made.

Good rain jacket. The outer layer is water resistant and will absorb water if under heavy rain. But I did not notice any water going through the inner layer into the fleace. So it is kinda waterproof in that you won't get wet under the jacket. The outer layer will bead off light rain, but asorbs heavy rain. It will keep you dry all the way inside. And itt drys quick and us warm. If your not ok with the outer layer asorbing water you might need a real rubber rain jacket. Otherwise it will do the trick.
