I can’t say enough good things about this coat! It’s incredibly warm without being bulky, making it perfect for frigid winter days. The quality is outstanding—durable stitching, a smooth zipper, and the fabric feels premium. The insulation keeps me cozy even in subzero temperatures, and the hood is a lifesaver on windy days. One of my favorite features is the thoughtful design: plenty of pockets (including a hidden one for valuables), adjustable cuffs to seal in warmth, and a flattering cut that doesn’t make you look like a marshmallow. It’s also water-resistant, so it handles light snow or rain beautifully. I’ve received so many compliments on how stylish it looks, but the real selling point is how functional it is. Disappointed with the quality – arrived stained! I was excited to receive this product, but unfortunately, it arrived with visible stains/marks. I expected better quality control from Columbia. Tried reaching out for support, but the resolution process has been frustrating. If you're considering this, check your item carefully upon arrival! To make matters worse, Amazon's customer service has been completely unhelpful and even rude. I was promised a partial refund, which led me to wait instead of returning the item. Later, Amazon went back on their word, and now they’re refusing to assist, blaming their "system limitations" for their own mistake. This entire experience has been frustrating and unfair. If you're considering this product, check your item carefully upon arrival and don't expect Amazon to support you if there's an issue.

This one isn’t it for me.. it’s made of thin material, for 200$ you could have went to an actual store and bought a much better Columbia. It barely has any insulation in the inside. I bought a Columbia at I believe old navy or macys and it was 10 times the quality and construction of this coat. I would stray away. This coat might not even last me 2 winters. I work a drive thru with heavy weather and used my last coat for over 6 years. I was severely disappointed in this jacket upon arrival.
