I get so many compliments on these shoes! They really do go with everything. The quality of a Cole Haan shoe is indisputable. The beauty of this shoe is in the details and how well they master the variety of color and textures without cutting corners or using cheap poorly placed glues. All of the stitching detail and materials are high end and clearly well thought out with quality control standards superior to most modern shoe makers. I could see and feel the quality right out of the box. When first wearing them they are comfortable and have good support. They are a bit stiff at first which is what you want in a quality leather shoe. The flexibility comes with wear to mold to your foot and movement making them comfortable and wearable season after season. They require just the minimal amount of care. I keep them stored in a shoe caddy and use a neutral shoe polish and a suede brush for areas that need any cleaning. the shoes are perfect, they’re comfortable, they don’t slip, it’s a good basic shoe for the week. i kinda made a mistake with sizing, but completely mu fault. they are very true to size, i checked the size table and went with exactly 25 cm which I should’ve go a size up or at least wide. because they feel kinda narrow on the toe box. im now on the process of losing the leather. but besides that, the shoe is very nice it self. ... show more

Well, this is my third attempt at buying black loafers for work attire. I work in a professional setting and have a certain personal preference on look which has deemed to be hard to find. This was the third pair of shoes I have purchased, and while I normally don't pay that much for work shoes, I will say, you get what you pay for. As soon as I slipped my foot inside the shoe, I knew it was worth every cent. Really love the look of these shoes. They are leather and well made. Unfortunately they do not fit my foot after numerous attempts with different sizes. When I found a size that fit my width then my heel would slip and I could easily walk out of them. Sadly I had to give up on these.

These shoes were the exact shoe I was looking for. They look very narrow however once wearing them , the toe area is wide and comfortable. I can wear my boot socks with them and they will be extra comfortable. They will look awesome with dress slacks, as well as jeans. The quality of leather appears to be a quality grade and the style is a classic loafer style with a feminine look. However the size and width are not what I expected. I read the reviews along with Amazon’s size recommendation, I bought an 8.5. I naturally have narrow feet and wear an 8 or 8.5 depending on the shoe. It is difficult to find narrow shoes but I was hopeful that these might work. The shoes are packaged nicely in a shoe box with tissue paper perfectly folded around the shoes. I tried on the shoes and they were both too long in length and extremely wide. I checked the shoes and they are the regular Some times I will add a thin shoe pad insert to make the shoes fit better, however these shoes are too long and much too wide for my narrow feet and the shoes will be returned. ... show more

Beautiful shoe, excellent value. I have a wide foot, and the 9 1/2C was a perfect fit. Very comfortable, yet secure on my foot. The leather is nice, and overall, it looks far more expensive than it was.
